Seminole Casualty Insurance

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I canceled halfway through my policy due to them wanting the nature of disability of myself who has no disability benefits, the nature of my wife's disability and she does not drive and resides with me. It sounds like they want medical records or diagnosis and it sounds like they are in violation of the federal HIPPA Privacy Act. This is car insurance not health or life insurance. I have never had any company ask for medical info in over 20 years of driving. Sounds like they are just cheap and do not want to have to pay any claims and exclude and discriminate people with health issues. I wasted money on premiums that they probably wont refund unless taken to court and now I have to start searching for a real insurance company that is not a waste of my hard earned cash and my time so their wallets grow fat while they discriminate against anyone with health issues and steal their money just to breach the contract to provide insurance. I have a clean driving history along with my wife who does not drive.

Some company released private and untrue medical records to the fools so they can pray on them and steal their money on top of wasting their time. Avoid them at all costs. They may be the cheapest piece of tail, but they will ** over in the long run so they can have more wampum in their loin cloths while the customer loses their money to them. They even had the nerve to send a bill a few days before their cancellation notice to try and screw me out of more money. So screw them when I get a new policy from a better more competent company that does the right thing instead of screwing the people who give them money for insurance and it sounds like they do not even pay the claims from what I see on the net. Talking about deadbeats in suits.

Seminole Insurance Company Insured. Steven M. backed into my parked car doing $800 of damage. I have contacted Seminole Insurance 19 times. My insurance copy has also phoned multiple times with no response. The accident was in Dec 2009. I have sent them estimates numerous times by mail and fax with no response.
