Bravo Health insists I have another medical insurance. I don't. I already sent them proof of it, but they still refuse to make payments!

I've been using Valturna tabs, 300/320 for about 4 years, and never had any problems with Caremark Insurance. Now that I changed to Bravo Health, the pharmacists wants to ask my PC, why I'm using this medication. Are they trying to tell the doctor what to prescribe at a lower cost?

I have tried all other drugs and now I must use biologics. My doctor prescribed Stelara to be taken starting July 8. I submitted the prescription the same day and then the pharmacy called and said that Bravo denied it. I called Bravo and I was informed it wasn't on the list but then, they put it in and said they would cover it.
The hospital said that I have to go back there each time it gets approved because they would have to administer it. I have the hospital pharmacy call but they tell me that Bravo would not cover it. Yet, each time I call Bravo they tell me that it is covered and I need not worry. Recently, on August 8, I did a three-way call with pharmacy and Bravo and again, Bravo said that it was approved. Pharmacy called after 5pm, and said it was denied again.
Now it is one month since I had had that prescription and a total of three months since the last time I received any medicine for this condition. I cannot start anything unless I intend to stay on it. I feel Bravo is just saying yes to me so that I'd either go to somewhere else or try to get something else. But I can't get anything else as I have tried all the medications!
Even if I have a prescription drug plan I am being denied medication thus also being denied treatment.

I found an online competitor. My prescription had 3 refills, and I faxed it to them. They are located in Ohio. They filled all 90 pills, and shipped it to me for free for $8.50. What kind of insurance is Bravo, anyway? How about Walgreens?
I feel I have been outright lied to, and stolen from. If I hadn't checked, I would have paid over $90. Oh, and the online competitor filled the 90 day supply for $8.50 without insurance. They do accept insurance, but they said many people don't bother with it, since many prescriptions are so cheap. There is something very wrong with Bravo, and I feel Walgreens is culpable also, because they do not inform customers of cheaper alternatives. There is no real damage. It just sickens me even more about our ** up healthcare system, that appears to only get worse in time. The solution is to not get sick, or perhaps plan on going to a foreign country, if it's anything serious.
