Valerie of Baltimore MD (12/13/06)
My family and i were covered by them. Effective date May 1st. My son went on the 9th i went on the 23rd, his insurance went through fine. Mine did not. My doctor sent me a bill for the visit and they claimed it was prior to the eff. date. That was wrong. On sept 30th they dropped my plan and i found out mid october through my pharmacy (cvs) that my plan had expired. Come to find out they dropped me because they thought i was lying about a pre exsisting condition,

May 23rd was the 1st time i was ever diagnosed with anxiety. SO there was no pre exsisting condition. And again that took away from my sons bday to get us all insured again and i still do not have insurance yet. i spoke with customer service ands they said either they will or will notpay it. Ive talked to insurance agents and they say i am high risk and i am going to kill myself. Thats nonsense.
