Curt of Boca Raton FL (5/3/05):
On May 3, 2005, the owner of the company I work for had called Mr. B to inquire about the work that we had done for American Health Services in March of 2005, the basis of the conversation I am not aware of. However, Mr. B had told my owner that I was a "coke head" and a "drug addict". I am not sure if there will be any consequences for me with my employer. I have been in a recovery program for almost one year now after my drug rehab. But I do not think that any information that I had given to any representative of American Health should be disclosed to my employer. I am personally offended that information that I had given which I assumed to be privleged could be shared with my employer besides feeling that my rights to privacy have been violated.
