My auto insurance has increased 313.83 due to reported change in my credit. I have had this insurance for over 13 years with no claims (auto or home). 

When I checked my ratings I found my credit to be in the very good range, with no late or missed payments and all credit paid off early. My credit score was 840 (labled very good). This reporting period covered 23 years. I have two children on my policies and this affected them the most. My children have the good student discount as well.

This increase is unjustified to say the least.

I have been with Allstate six or seven years for my automobile insurance and I have an excellent driving record. My complaint is that they have increased my premium 10 in the past six months, with no explaination.  They just send the policy in the mail with the increase. When I call them they all give me different excuses as to why its gone up again after six months. 

I am single and struggling to pay all the increases in food, gas, ultilities and now Allstate. It may not seem like much to most people, but its alot to me. I have not had any accidents or tickets for them to do this to me.

Their customer service is very rude and I am angry and dissapointed .
