Yes, I am a male posting here. I was very skeptical about this whole thing my wife was getting involved in, and I have been keeping a close eye on what is going on. Most of the complaints I have read here are either you lost your receipt, which is a company policy and a good advisor will tell you you must keep it in order to turn in any complaints. Or you had a bad advisor. It seems to me the advisors who took the money and ran should be held accountable, not the company.
I have watched my wife deal with new customers and past customers, and so far, she has had no problems. No, this jewelry is not top-of-the-line solid silver or gold, but it is still nice stuff. You have to know how to take care of your stuff. I have not seen all the items first hand, but I think I have seen enough to get an idea of what it is like. I am sure, just like with any other product, you will get a dud or two.
I have watched the return procedure, and it seems to work as long as you follow the rules as with any other internet-based business. One of the only places you don't need a receipt is Wal-Mart. So go buy your jewelry there and tell your friends you got it at Wally World and see how that flies!
If you had a shady advisor, don't wait, file charges against them. If you lost your receipt, tough luck for you. If you got a bad piece of merchandise, contact your advisor or her manager to see what can be done. If you don't know your advisor, maybe you need to pay more attention when you spend money. I am not saying Lia Sophia is 100% innocent here, but so far, we have had no problems.
