SJT Builders

Tiffany of Deatsville AL (02/03/06)
SJT builders built my home back in 2003/2004. The home was supposed to have a one year warranty on it. The week we moved into the home and realized what needed to be fixed we began calling the builder who put off returning our phone calls for months. Before the one year deadline we sent a registered letter to the builder who finally called us back to let us know that he recieved the letter. That was exactly one year ago, and till this day, not a single item on our warranty list has been fixed and the builder has once again stopped returning our phone calls.

According to some friends of ours who also had their home built by this company, they have had the same exact problems and four and five years after their homes were built, the warranty items are still not fixed.

The ceilings in two rooms of my home have cracked, bad wiring in my hallway, fireplace mantle is seperating, counter tops in kitchen and bathroom are falling apart, cainets and faces off drawers are falling off, and this all began happening within weeks of moving into my home
