i purchased a brand new home from them . I closed in june of 2005, the house came with a 1 year warranty. I called them in april of 2006, some of the tiles cracked. I have called them at least 6 times -- they said they cant find the tiles. I have waited atleast 3 months to see if they can come and replace them. If they don't resolve this,i will take them to court.
