I hired this property management to manage my property in Stockton while I'm out of state. They have done an extremely poor job! They didn't monitor my home like they claimed they would, although I paid for landscaping expenses, my lawn has deteriorated from neglect. It would cost me thousands $$ to re-sod it. They don't know how to screen tenants.
They've put a tenant in my home that eventually broke the lease agreement and attempted to present potential tenants that have very bad credit history and little employment history. They didn't take the proper action to issue a 3 day notice or an eviction. They won't do their obligation to collect rent on behalf of the owner. They claim to do repairs for the house yet, the repairs/cleaning are not verifiable and they overcharge for the services. They don't hire third-party contractors instead they hire their own people and relative. I've repeatedly asked for estimates or be provided with invoices but they won't provide it.
When the tenants moved out and Majestic claimed that my house was cleaned and the walls touched up, it wasn't yet they charged me! The walls had holes and all scuffed up, there's water damage, the alarms have been tampered, and neither the kitchen or bath were cleaned. It is unbelievable for them to have told us they were showing our house to potential tenants when the house is in this condition.
They have nickeled and dimed us for every penny they can get out of us. They were sneaking and taking money out of the security deposit for "repairs" on their other property without our authorization and they had no right to, in the end, they've taken most of the security deposit that should belong to us. They didn't protect my interest when they just let the tenant break the lease without collecting rent.
They did not fulfill their obligation under the contract to collect rent or pursue collection of the remaining rent due for the remaining of the lease. They would not provide us the tenant information so I can at least take legal action against the tenants. My property has been ruined, it would cost me hundreds of dollars for cleaning, repair & re-sod. I lost rental income. I wasted money paying for services that were not performed or under-performed.
