I had a complaint about Sutton management at Garden Meadows .Their count for owner/renters were way off. Now, I am pleased to say that they have fixed the problem. Thank you, Sutton.

I own a condo at garden Meadows Derry, NH. Because of hardship, I have to sell the condo. Of 92 condos in the complex, Sutton says 51 are rented and 41 are owner occupied. They get that number by assigned parking spaces they have on record. With this kind of ratio, a buyer would have to have 20% down to get a loan. The banks want a 50/50 owner/renter for FHA financing .There is no way around it.
I found that the town of Derry sends the property tax bill to 47 owners in that complex. You have to assume that 47 owners live at the 92 unit complex. This would make an over 50% owner occupancy ratio and a buyer could get finance with less than 20% down. Sutton will not even consider this. A rep named Jessica was rude and would not even talk to me. What they are doing is not right and lessens the value of our property. The 41/51 owner/rent number is just an estimate by their word.

I live at Garden Meadows in Derry NH, which is run by Sutton Management. For each unit we have 2 parking passes for a spot in the lot. About 2 weeks ago, I made a change to my vehicle on the list. I contacted Sutton Management directly and made the change over the phone. The woman on the phone assured me that the change was made, and that my new parking stick would be mailed, and also that the car will not be towed. Sure enough, the car was towed. I had to pay $175 to have it taken out.
I contacted someone at Sutton Management. They told me that they would call the tow company and verify that there was a tow. She then said she would contact me and would inform me about how I can be reimbursed. I never heard back from anyone. I then tried to get in contact a few times over the next week. Basically I kept leaving messages with people who promised someone would call me back, but it never happened.
Finally today, I called and they transferred me to Rick. Mr Rick was completely rude, insulting and unprofessional. He told me I would not bet getting my money refunded. I explained to him that part of my lease includes 2 parking spots. Then he told me that I can not call Sutton Management becauseI'm just a renter and not an owner. He also insulted my intelligence with a rude comment, and told me to, "Go drink some beers and relax."
He told me that my vehicle was not parked in a proper location. There are a few signs posted in areas that we can't park (in front of the dumpster, and the fire lane). I was not parked in one of these areas, and I was not blocking any cars,or any exit. Many cars park in the spot every night and none have ever been towed.
