Ken of Delray Beach FL (01/23/06) I can easily push it shut but usually opens back up enough to turn the light back on. Roseanne of Fort St.john, B.c., OTHER January 23, 2006 Roseanne of Fort St.john, B.c. OTHER (01/23/06) All that came out of it was small cuts on my face and neck as I had reading glasses on at the time. I do not expect warranty but wanted them to know of the incident, in case there was ever a time that this should happen to someone else that wouldn't of been so lucky to have a pair of glasses on. I have reordered another glass replacement which is not a problem, but they wanted me to pay for a technician to come and take a look at what went wrong. I will not pay the 69.99 for a technician to come over and inspect a bunch of broken glass. They appear unconcerned in looking into this with the possibility that it could save them a law suit in the future. There was no manager of the company that I could take this up with, they said that they would make a file and keep it in case it should ever happen with anyone else.
