I need support on Bread Making Receipt and they have no Contact Web Site. I would recommend no one buy their products if they cannot offer customer service for free.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I tried to call to purchase replacement part. The number is disconnected, no way to locate them on internet. Have they gone out of business? Please respond! Thank you.

Trying to locate a replacement part for their breadmaker, their contact information redirects you to a number that you have to pay to use. The phone company can not locate them either. But somehow this company is still selling breadmakers.

I have a Welbilt Bread Machine and need a replacement part. I called the 800 number shown above but it directs me to a new number that cost $4.99 to use. They do not have a website to go to and a virtually unaccessible. I find this unacceptable and would appreciate whatever you can give to help me contact them. I do find quite a few complaints online about them but they are unaccessible.

I just found out that my toaster over is on recall and try'ed to call the # that was given on website. That resulted in an other number and so on. If I could just have a number to talk to someone about my Welbild toaster oven TR660, that would solve it all. I don't mean to file a complaint, but dont know where else to go with my question

I purchase a Welbilt toaster/oven with Rotissery & Griddle in 2001. I was living in San Diego, CA at the time of purchase and don't have any records of that purchase. I purchased the unit because of the cability of having the rotissery. I don't use the rotissery that much so when I attempted to use it just recently, the bar that holds the meat did not fit properly in its place. I don't know if it was damaged from moving or not. The way I packed it..that should not have affected the item.
At any rate, I went in to reorder another oven and that's when I found out that the oven was recalled in 2000.
I called the 800-872-1656 number as indicated in your recall notice of July 11 2000. When you call that number they refer you to a 900 number, which I'm sure you know is quite expensive. As a matter of fact, when you call, they tell you that there is a $9.00 plus charge per minute for the call.
My question to you is; is this legal insofar as attempting to return a recalled item. Also, were they going to replace that item with the same one or a different one?
Please advise as soon as you can, because I would like to order another toaster/oven/rotissery/griddle, if possible.
Thanking you in advance for whatever assistance you can provide me.
