They were hired to do several major jobs in my home: framing, drywall, spackle. I installed a brand new hardwood--the tile bathroom walls and floor. Along with a lot of other little things, my major complaints are with my floor, walls, ceilings and bathroom tiles. I can see every almost 90% of the seams in all the brand new sheet-rock that was replaced in my house, looks like one coat of spackle was used, and in result not done by professionals as promised but by undocumented workers. Cracking and nails pushing through all over the place has occurred (less than a month old).
My brand new hardwood floors were laid down and sanded with a broken sander (which they admitted to) and is practically destroyed leaving my $10,000 investment with the idea of being able to refinish them more than three or four times in a lifetime. It is now diminished to one more time if I am lucky because they tried to fix their mistakes--but it only made them worse. I have had a new contractor come in and they want to replace half the floor, obviously at my expense. All the grout in my bathroom tiles is cracking and falling out and it was done less than a month ago. They used the wrong grout and did not tape seven seal the wonder board behind them.
