I have purchased several Craftsman products from Sears. It never fails -- I open the box and the products are damaged. When I contact sears they don't seem to be to interested in my satisfaction. They tell me either return the product or get my money back. Products that I purchase are large tool benches, air compressors. etc. It's time consuming and living in Southern California, gas consuming. I don't believe that Sears gives ther word when it comes to satisfaction guaranteed. I believe I have made my last purchase.
