We bought a Rotovac 360 and a Mytee 100psi and the very first day we received it, it broke down. Then 2 months later, it broke down again. They keep telling us that they would reimburse us for the cost of the repairs, they never did. It broke down 3 times after that. They wouldn't pay to get it fixed or help us get it fixed. They cussed at us and told us we were screwed. All they had to say is it was our fault and there was nothing we could do. We lost work, a lot of work, and money. They owe us over 1600.00 dollars in lost wages and it made our bills get behind. They owe over 600.00 dollars in labor and parts. It put me in a bad depression over my bills and my new company going down.
