Ordered saloon doors on 12/14/00. The company did not build the panels correctly. Instead of correcting the problem and completing the job they have decided to ignore us (they do not return our calls). We now have two wood slats and a hinge sticking out of our wall -- with no saloon doors attached. We have a partially completed home project staring us in the face everyday -- it's annoying. We tried to handle the problem diplomatically but the company's representatives ignored us which is very frustrating. We have not paid for the doors yet but would like the job to be completed since it has already been started.
