In April of 2009, we purchased an above ground pool from Recreational Warehouse, and since then have had nothing but trouble with it. We found that the skimmer was cracked. When we called Recreational Warehouse, they referred us to the installer,Tom. After weeks of calling & leaving messages, he finally called back & said that because he was so busy he would be out at the end of the pool season. They replaced the skimmer. I should mention that the pool has a 20-year warranty. Last year, I was losing water, but could not get anyone to come look at the pool. This year, we repeatedly called Recreational Warehouse about the pool leaking, they always told us that we have an installation problem, and to contact the installer, who will not reply to my messages.
When I questioned Greg about my warranty, he said that he only guarantees the pool not the installation. How does he know if he won't come out to see the problem? The pool walls are not correctly attached to the head rail & causes water loss. All I want is to get my pool fixed. The pool company just rudely refers me to the installer, who does not return my phone calls. I constantly have to put water in my pool, raising my water bill exponentially. The lawn, which I am very meticulous about, is getting ruined & will probably have to be sodded.
