Proctor & Gamble

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I was hired as a stocker for Proctor & Gamble at the Fort Sill Commissary. My first night, I was trained for all of 2 hours by a girl named Kristy. She also told me to take home the paperwork and bring it back in with me the next night. 5 nights later, no Kristy and still, no one has gotten my paperwork to pay me. I called her on her cell phone for 5 days and got no return calls. I finally talked to a couple of the cashiers at the store and they told me that they themselves worked for them and never received payment. One lady worked for 2 months before she finally gave up and quit and still after 3 months had passed, no pay.

Tonight, a lady with no name apparently called my home to inform me that I had been fired. I told her that I had quit a few days before, that I was not going to be one of the many people who worked for them and didn't receive pay. Her reply was "Oh, you're talking about this person and that." Well if you know their names, then apparently you didn't pay them. These vendors at Fort Sill Commissary need to be replaced and the people that were screwed out of the pay they were owed paid. This is a sad situation of people taking advantage of those in need of a job.

Clairol Natural Instincts Hair Color - I have been buying this product for years. I don't know what you changed, but the product now is poor. The color keeps washing out no matter how much you rinse. The Week 2 Color Refresh is a joke and does nothing at all! Are you intentionally trying to see how stupid the general public is? This is the third time I have had the same problem with this product. At $7.99 per box, it's time to move on to another brand not made by Proctor & Gamble.

This product (Olay foaming face wash) did not seem to remove my makeup well and left a slimy residue on my face. Also, it was very hard to rinse off. I usually love Olay products but was very dissatisfied with this one.

I am writing to make a complaint about the last two cans of Sure deodorant that I have purchased. It has been stopped up and will not spray. I have used this product for as long as I can remember, both my wife and I use it. I am satisfied with this product and its protection, but the very last two cans that I have purchased do not spray. In both cases I had to run hot water over the sprayer and clean it out with a needle like it was an old can of spray paint. I made the purchases like a month apart and from two different stores, so I do not think it is like a bad batch or something like that.

I paid about six dollars for each can. I managed to use them but have had to clean them both, and that is a new can from the store. During use I have had to repeat the cleaning several times. I do not want to switch deodorants but if this persists, I will have to do something. I just wanted to let you know about this problem in hopes that you may be able to find a solution. I thank you for your time.

I recently inquired about my issue regarding an IKEA faucet which has metric fittings, and I had bought a Pur water filter with US standard adapters. The internet search of the adapter issue was all over the internet and without anyone stating any solutions. Well, I have found a solution, and thanks to P&G / Pur. I called them up, and they were very helpful. They told me they will send an adapter to me free of charge and will arrive within 2 weeks (maybe shorter, a few days for me); it may or may not work.

I just received the adapter today. And it works. Pur is actively helping consumers to encourage the use of their water-filtering system by finding solutions. So instead of just "complaining" over the internet, give them a call and see what they may have to help you out. Because of this wonderful response, I, as a consumer, will always do business with companies that will extend their selves to help solve a product problem. I wanted to put this out there, so people will see there is a solution from the company. Just ask. Thank you, P&G/Pur.

I purchase 12 roll package of bounty paper towels got them home and when I opened them to use them, they were not perforated. I thought maybe it was one roll but no, they were all that way. I want a refund from P&G or my money back. The store went out of business and the cost was $30.00 plus tax! I want refunded. I work very hard for very little money and I am a loyal user of their products.

Proctor & Gamble must believe that the general public is moron! Yet, another size reduction in the package of Dawn detergent, now, it is 9 oz. So, now they would have you pay an additional 11% for their detergent. Not this consumer, I won't use any of their products anymore. P & G must think we bolt our heads on in the morning. This faithful consumer is divorcing the whole lot. I'll use any brand other than P & G.

Shame on you for advertising that your Tide Cold detergent "saves" one money! It may save on the electric bill, but the number cupfuls just to do a large load in the long run cost more than the electric bill you claim it saves on! Your Tide plus Downy saves more money by also replacing the need for fabric softener. Can't your company, for once in it's life, be honest in their advertising and what the product actually does?

For the third time in maybe a year, one of our Secret deodorants suddenly stopped pushing the deodorant upward. Looking under the little wheel, you can see that the plastic has broken where the wheel connects to the shaft that pushes up the deodorant. I'm sure this has probably happened from the deodorant falling off of the sink to the floor, but surely the packaging should be able to survive a 3ft fall to the bathroom rug.

I bought a gain dryer bar and on the second day the thing broke into a thousand pieces. What a mess!

As a cyclist I regularly shave my legs always using a new blade and never the one I use on my face. This particular morning while shaving my ankle, the blade had sliced open my ankle with a 2-3 inch gash which can only be described as a potato peeling type wound. When I inspected it, I found out that the lubrastrip, the green slimey thing, was not present in the blade that sliced my ankle. The absence of this dramatically changes the angle of the gaps on the razor head and therefore changes the angle of the blades as they drag (they don't glide without a lubrastrip) across your skin. This change in angle makes the blade change from a razor to a peeler as the gap and movement of the blade widens to the point that it removes your skin. I asked my wife, a qualified nurse, to help me stop the bleeding which we managed. I disposed of the faulty blade for my children's own safety.

P&G wanted to examine the blade at fault but since I have already disposed of it, they asked to examine the other blade from the same pack. These are blades that I had finished using already and that they are not fit to be used to effectively shave as they start to drag a little on your skin and is not sharp anymore. However, from this used blade they concluded that it was clogged with shaving residue and old hair. They based their conclusions on this, and not on the photos of my leg and the damage it had done. I thought to myself, that was precisely why I have discarded the used blades, which I used to shave my face and not my leg, as I no longer used it. I should point out that hair in the legs are generally softer than the ones on the face so it should be easier to remove.

In conclusion, P&G sees no fault in their product that sliced my leg and they see the matter as closed. So why was I walking around with an open wound on my ankle that reopened as soon as I moved my foot around? I have spent a month and a half having to clean it and dress it everyday to stop infections but it still left a scar on my skin. I have to say that I have been dismissed by them as a complainant of their product and that my injuries which were very evident in the photos have also been dismissed as well. It seems they have washed their hands off this particular complaint and see that their product is not at fault.

I purchased Cascade dishwashing detergent in packets of Cascade with Dawn. Any aluminum wear that I washed in the dishwasher turned dark, almost black. It's ruined my cookware. I've never had this happen to me when I just used Dawn and washed my dishes by hand. Now I have to replace pots and pans, cake pans, and some other such ware. Now I'm afraid to use these wares. Please explain what happened or consider replacement value. Thank you.

I would imagine to replace these items, it would be in the area of $100.00 as my cookware was the WearEver brand cookware.

Cascade for dishwashers is defective. It is advertised as leaving sparkling dishes. The new ball for dishwashers leaves a horrible film that is virtually impossible to get off. Everyone I have spoken with that used this product has had the same problem. You can get this off with vinegar. I spoke with customer service and they were very unfriendly at first and did not want to hear what I had to say. Finally the lady offered my money back on the product. A couple of people I talked with had their dishwashers serviced and guess what, it was the Cascade according to the service person. I believe this product should be recalled until it lives up to its false advertising campaign. (Leaves Dishes Sparkling.)

I could not even see through my glasses. They look like they have dried milk on them. Also, my dishwasher has the same film. I washed my dishes for three days to get them clean. Hand washing, using other brands of detergent and finally vinegar. Vinegar is the only thing that works. Some of my plastics are ruined. I think the public should be made aware before they buy new dishwashers or pay to have them worked on. I believe Proctor and Gamble should be held accountable and the news should be gotten out about this product. At Christmas our family had and talked about how dirty the dishes looked. Is it safe to use these dishes with this film on them? Shouldn't there be a recall? I think so.

I don't even know where to start because I'm really mad. I bought some Pamper Cruisers diapers, size 5, for my 2-year-old daughter, and now she has blisters all over her bums. It looks like she got burnt. I can't believe this. They need to take these complaints seriously. I'm really disappointed.

The toothpaste caused sores on my gums and thrush on tongue. I had to see the doctor to get Magic mouthwash to clear up the thrush and sores in the mouth and throat. I lost two days of work because of pain in mouth.

I used Cascade and it baked onto the stainless surface of my Bosch dishwasher. It took many vinegar washes to begin to break it down. I had to finish cleaning with a toothbrush and toothpaste to remove the last of the residue. I switched to Finish Gel packs and Jet Dry rinsing agent and have no more problems. It took 3 days to clean P&G's "Crustcade" from my dishwasher.

The faucet-mounted water filters failed. I had problems on both models FM 3333 and 3333. The FM 3333 problems were constant cracking in the filter housing on all purchased filters within the last two years. Model 3333 filters with a quick mount system continually failing at the plastic threads used to attach to faucet. They either spray water all over or completely pop off the faucet. One even broke the glass coffee pot being filled with water at the time.

I have used Pantene shampoo and conditioner for many years. Since they've changed their formula over the summer, my hair has been falling out. After a little investigation, I have realized I am not the only person with this problem. I did call and make a complaint with them. They should recall their product. After using a different brand for the past few days, my hair loss is much much less. Hopefully the damage to my scalp isn't irreversible.

Re Pur water filtration system, faucet mounted. Used the system for 3 months when it started falling apart. My biggest complaint is that the window, which allows you to see when its time to change the filter, cracked. Water sprays all over the place. It has been a waste of my money because now along with water spraying all over, I can no longer tell when the filter needs to be changed.

I used Cascade with Dawn detergent on my electric smooth top stove thinking if it makes china clean and shiny why not on my stove top. I looked on the bottle and nowhere did it state "do no use" on appliances. Well, I ruined my 2-year old stove. It took the shiny finish off and left it streaked and dull. I was so disappointed that I threw it away. Then I realized my dishes were not getting clean and I was blaming my 2-year-old dishwasher. Nope, it was Cascade! This product should be removed or have post warning on its label.

I purchased a 11.25 lb of Cascade dishwasher detergent and used it in my dishwasher. The dishes and silverware were coated with a white substance that did not rinse off. I thought it was my dishwasher and had someone come to check it out. Well the dishwasher is fine. I then tried another dishwasher detergent and it worked fine except that it did not remove the "chalk" like substance that was left in my dishes and silverware after using the Cascade. I have been using paper plates and plastic ware ever since as I am afraid to eat off my dishes. I can't understand why this product is any different than what I have purchased in the past but I will not use these dishes or silverware until I know what caused the caulking on my dishes and silverware.

I have used "old spice endurance sport deodorant" for a couple of weeks and have developed painful red sores/rash under both arms. I have pictures if you want. I have read several similar stories of similar incidents. I have never had any other issues with any other deodorants. I considered going to the doctor until I read other complaints about old spice. I feel very uncomfortable while trying to work/work out. There is ugly purplish red rash. I am concerned because I was not sure what it was. I'm not sure if this product should be on the shelves.

Contact was made to P&G on 6/1/2010 about the ineffective cleaning and etching done to dishes and silverware. I received a consumer # 100602-00689. I followed all suggestions to help alleviate problems with the shine shield formula of Cascade with Dawn, lemon scent. A new dishwasher was finally purchased. It had samples of Cascade in it so all should have been compatible. The same problem of water spots, etching into silverware and any item remains permanent. I have even tried to purchase a different box with the same results. Different wash cycles have been tried. The city water has never changed also.

There is no consumer department on their website to state problems as of 11/5/2010. Please review steps again to determine who gets the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.

Same as everyone else. The plastic coupling stripped and I have tried several things to fix, but to no avail. I cannot find a replacement, but I guess it's for the better as I will take my loss and find another brand.

I bought an "environmentally friendly" Cascade Complete from Sam's Club in Wesley Chapel, FL. There is no warning label to indicate this product may damage and corrode not only your glassware, dishes and silverware, but also your dishwasher. There are very tiny letters on the bottom right on the front of the box saying "phosphate free".

I have soaked and scrubbed my dishes, glasses & silverware, but can not get rid of the gritty chalky residue. I have been reading complaint forums and want to join a class action lawsuit if there is one, because there is no warning label on the box to indicate the possibility. I am also afraid that this product has damaged my dishwasher with the residue.

I used Crest Pro-Health Enamel Shield one time before bed. The next morning, the inside of my mouth was swollen, burning and had sandpaper feeling patches all over it. It took 2 weeks for the swelling to go away. Also, it took 2 weeks before I could eat normal food again and not just bland, no flavor foods that did not make my mouth burn. The ADA needs to rethink the Crest Pro-Health line of product.

I started to use Old Spice Pure Sport long-lasting deodorant. I now cannot lift my arms, the armpit where I applied the Pure Sport deodorant, feels like it is on fire. The pain is so severe that I am almost in tears. I am a 36-year old male with a high tolerance for pain but this is very extreme. It is red and it burns very bad. It also hurts to even move my arms even with the slightest of moves. Also, it hurts very bad to even keep my arms at the normal position at my sides. I am now lying in bed and having to slowly find a comfortable position so I do not have to move my arms because of the pain.

I want to be part of a class action lawsuit because this may cause me to miss work, which means that I will not be able to pay my bills on time and the snowball effect that will have--all because of some deodorant! I have read complaints after complaints about other people having the exact same effect as me on this. Please get back to me. Thank you.

What is up with Cascade dishwashing soap? I have used Cascade for years with reputable results as did my mother before me. All of a sudden, my dishes aren't getting cleaned and they have a film that looks disgusting. Thinking it was possibly my dishwasher, I had a serviceman come out to check and do a maintenance check to no success. Thinking it was my dishwasher, I purchased a new dishwasher and the results are the same so my thinking is that something is wrong with my favorite dishwashing product.

I received new "Fiesta" dishes as a gift from my children and hate the way they look when they come out of the dishwasher. Short of doing the dishes by hand to scrub off the film so they are presentable on the table I am frustrated as to what the heck is up with your product? I will wait for a response as the problem has cost me a serviceman call and the expense of a new dishwasher and all with no positive result. Thanks for reading this and any help offered will be appreciated.

I bought the PUR water filter model 3400B that mounts to the kitchen sink. After about one month of usage, the filter keeps dropping off the sink faucet. What a mess.

Why on earth don't they use a stainless steel insert mount so the fixture wont resist even average water pressure? Who do I call and complain to? What a piece of junk.

After using the Crest 3d whitening toothpaste for about a month, I noticed that it was removing the white from my crowns. My email address is **. I take much pride in my looks that is why I purchased the product. And now, I am very upset and don't want to socialize because of the way my teeth look. Thank you.

I was prescribed the drug Actonel by my doctor and was on it for 9 years. My left femur snapped in half on March 8, 2010 and I also fractured my right femur, which healed on its own. I had surgery to repair my left femur; they inserted a rod and screws. It has been 6 months and it has not healed completely yet. I pray every time I walk that my legs won't break and that I will get back home safe and sound. I am back to work since May. But since I work in the city and have to walk from the train station to my job, I'm afraid that my leg will break again and this causes me huge anguish. I still have the same feeling in my groin that I had for 3 months before my leg broke and my doctor has told me that my leg could break again. I am so afraid of this I am thinking of retiring to protect myself.

P & G pet food products sold tainted food and my dear dog is terribly sick due to this. I reported the incident to them on July 31st 2010, when the recall was announced. My dog has been terribly ill since eating this food -- in fact all four of my dogs got sick. One isn't getting better and was hospitalized! IAMS has the worst customer service ever, rude to say and the very least not to mention the poor quality control. No one called me back as they said they would.

I want this company to have to be accountable and responsible for the damage they have done to so many families. As stated, my dog has now been hospitalized for three days; now the complication developed of aspiration pneumonia due to the fact he was throwing up so much; thanks to the distribution of salmonella within the food. So I guess, IAMS distributes tained food to 1,000's of consumers again.

My pet was healthy prior to consuming this food. P & G claims that this is a voluntary recall yet the FDA found the salmonella for the prescriptions dog food which our dear dog was on. P & g -- IAMS represents that it is voluntary -- I asked what choice is there when the FDA finds it and tells them. Voluntary -- right?! Per my useless phone calls, they act as though no pet has been affected. Goggle it and clearly see what IAMS has done again to so many beloved pets! IAMS appears to take no ownership over the damage they have caused yet again per my experience. I received a stinking check for the price of the food from IAMS. Who cares, I want my dog healthy. Consumers need to be aware of such careless manufactures that repeatedly harm our pets. I want this company to have to be accountable and responsible for the damage they have done to so many families. The consequences need to be made for IAMS repeated negligence.

The Fusion has an open face back exposing the razors edge. This is cause for great concern. I have cut myself twice severely. The product is poorly designed and could be hazardous to children as well as adults.

I used Old Spice High Endurance deodorant and noticed two small red marks on my armpits. I stopped using the product and my skin has clumped together and fallen off where the red spots were. I have open sores that are in the process of healing, but it is very painful.

Tide stain release has burned my fingers and clothing.

I was using Luvs and my son started getting what I thought was a heat rash. It started off with a red rash, then very fast turned into red blisters that turned into what looked like a 3rd degree burn. I spent 3 weeks at the doctor's office and 3 different meds to get his butt better. I would have to hold him down and he would cry and beg for medicine to be put on his butt. At 2 years old no kid should have to do that or go through this. We changed diapers and within 3 days his butt started to heal up nicely. He has scars on his butt now. This company has a problem and they need to face up to this. I took pictures and have talked to a lawyer if the company doesn't help me make this right.

My son was born in January of this year. We started using Pampers Swaddlers and were very happy with the results. In fact, my husband insisted on trying several brands just to be sure Pampers was the brand for us. We loved the Pampers diapers. Unfortunately, we have been very disappointed with the new Dry Max product. Soon after, we started using the Dry Max brand and my son developed a blister on his bottom. He had never had diaper rash or even a red bottom, so I was surprised to see a blister. I started using diaper rash cream and it didn't seem to help. The blister just seemed to get worse. Finally, I heard about the problem others were having with the Dry Max product and I switched to Huggies. The blister went away almost immediately. Unfortunately, it has been a couple of weeks since we switched to Huggies and he still has a scar from the blister. I took him to the pediatrician after I discovered the blister and she said it was not diaper rash. I am very disappointed in how this situation has been handled. These diapers should be taken off the market. I will say that I have been extremely impressed with diapers.com. They are completely refunding our order of the Dry Max diapers. We buy in bulk, so I was rather pleased by their customer service!

We have been trying to get additional information about how to use Metamucil at their website customer support for over 2 months. After numerous emails (5 or 6) a "Mary" has purposely been avoiding our questions and not even trying to answer them, and sometimes acting confused about the question. So on May 2, 2010 we wrote a letter to P&G and no one has responded to date. We included all our phone numbers as well. We are very frustrated and think this company does not care about their customers. They should try to answer specific questions about the use of their product and help customers understand their product. They act like a bad company and we have other choices from better companies. We are not able to use their product due to poor customer care.

This new dryer bar left my clothes a mess, like a little kid had wiped a snotty nose all over my nice black work pants and everything else in the load. It seemed fine the first use because I washed light colored clothes. It's horrible and they have yet to respond to my complaint and request for money back. Money back guarantee? It's a joke.

When my daughter grew out of swaddlers, I switched to Dry Max. After only two days of wearing them, she had what looked like a chemical burn on her private parts. I called Pampers and they refunded me the cost of the diapers.

Since I began seeing advertisements for new "stronger-scented" laundry detergents and detergent and fabric softener that leave lingering scents that people smell when they "squeeze you" and Febreze-scented trash bags, I have become disabled. I never purchased these products and never intended to be exposed to them, but I am routinely exposed to toxins from them weekly when I shop at stores and go to church and Bible study. I am scared to work at a job, because I get so sick from exposure to the newly formulated laundry products and trash bags.

In addition, the air is polluted in my neighborhood from these chemicals spewing out of the homes from dryers. The smell is strong, and I get adverse physical symptoms from exposure. This is no exaggeration, and I would be happy to elaborate to any attorney who's willing to listen to this case. I think that there is a potential for a class action lawsuit--and huge--because there are so many people with this problem now.

Consequences include headaches lasting 16-24 hours, sore and burning sensation in the throat, and swelling and discomfort at the back of the nose for about 24 hours (even after rinsing with saturated salt solution). Upon exposure, I sometimes have a strange feeling in my head where I can't concentrate well for several hours. I have never been diagnosed with ADD, but I experience this upon exposure to these chemicals.

I can't believe Proctor and Gamble would sell a product like Bounce Dryer Bars, that is sold as replaceable. However, they do not even make replaceable bars. If you want another bar when yours runs out, you need to purchase a whole knew unit. Rip off!

Sprayed Fabreze fabric refresher with Downy on a T-Shirt. I wore it the next day.

Caused severe weeping rash and blisters under arms. Rash is still here after 4 days. Missed a day of work and had to go to the Doctor for perscription to get rid of rash. The Dr. said it would take about 5 more days to heal. I have pictures.

I purchased the new Bounce Fabric Softener Bar. Following the instructions, I stuck it to the side of the drum. Within 5 minutes the bar fell out of the bracket and started tumbling with the clothes. I took it out immediately thinking that the adhesive let go. This was not the case. The bar became dislodged from the bracket. The bracket was still firmly affixed to the drum. I stuck it back into the bracket and it was fine for two or three loads. Attaining a reasonable amount of confidence in it working, I turned the dryer on and left for work. Returning that evening, I discovered that the bar had become dislodged. Not being there to stop the dryer, it tumbled with the clothes for the rest of the dryer cycle and put multiple dents in the drum of my brand new $900.00 LG steam dryer! I will never use it again.

I use 2 P& G products that I like very much. My complaint is with the packaging. P& G OVER packages their products! For example: Prilosec OTC 24 is packaged in 2 a hard to push out foil sheets each one of these is in a seperate box and then the 2 boxes are packaged in a third bigger box! Why so many boxes? The same is true for Oil of Olay. Each small bottle or jar has plastic above it and below it and all around it. Good Heavens! Consumers of this kind of product know they come in small jars and we are ok with that. No one is fooled or impressed by the extra packaging to make it look bigger.

Consumers are becoming much more environmentally conscientious these days and deplore the waist of environmental resources for bogus marketing purposes. Even Reynolds aluminum foil is packaged in a smaller box! I think it would advisable for P&G to get with the trends and save the environment and themselves some money at the same time!

I sent in a $15 rebate form for an Oral B Professional toothbrush, followed all the instructions perfectly on Dec 26,2. I received a letter statin that it was denied because I hadn't sent in the proof of purchase requirements, which I did. There wasn't a phone number, but a web address to go to for questions. I went to the web site and submitted my concern on January 15,2009. So far, have not heard back from them. They stated in their letter that I had 7 days from Jan 13 to send them the required proof of purchase, which I didn't have because I had sent it to them on Dec 26, 2008. I told them I had a copy of the UPC Code, store receipt and rebate form, and asked if that would be proof enough. No reply, totally ignored.

In using Tide To Go stick & running it across stained area, the tip broke off, making the stick useless.

I became extremely ill after consuming pringles fat free potato chips. I ate approximately 15 chips daily for a year and a half. I ate 15 a day because they were 1 point on the weight watchers program. I began having bowel issues but never linked it to the potato chips because I knew nothing about olestra. I visited several doctors, underwent two CT scans, visited urgent care centers and emergency rooms.

I was speaking with my mother one night and told her that I had lost 55 pounds but felt sicker than ever. She asked if I eat anything with Olestra in it because she had seen a show about it and some people had experienced digestive issues. I went to the pantry and sure enough it was in the pringles that I was eating daily. I researched Olestra on the internet and immediately threw the chips away. I asked a doctor about it and he said stay away from it because it is bad stuff.

Some of the symptoms stopped immediately when I quit eating the chips (bowels were different, not neon yellow anymore..not clinging to the sides of the toilet) but the cramps continue. I have been diagnosed with Crohns disease. I have never been this sick and I do believe it is because of the long term consumption of the chips.

I am in pain daily. I cramp daily. I can barely make it through my work day and have missed days of work. I lay down once I get home and have no energy left to do anything. I fight the pain on a daily basis. I have many medical bills as a result. I am considering a colon cleanse thinking that the indigestible olestra still clings to my intestines. I quit eating olestra a few months ago but have only rid myself of some of the symptoms. I am curious to know if any others have experienced long term effects from eating Olestra.

As a result of using Proctor & Gamble's Cascade dishwasher Gel Pacs, the interior of the dishwasher was permanently stained and discolored. Before I contacted P&G, I tried a dishwasher interior cleaner. It did not work. I cleaned what I could with The Magic Sponge. That area continues to remain whiter and hasn't become restained, as I am now using Electrosol dishwasher detergent.

In January, 2008, I wrote my first letter of complaint to P&G. A second letter followed in April. In June, after numerous phone calls, they sent me a packet so that I could send them photos of the damage and the container containing the leftover gel packs. During the summer, my husband contacted them no less than 4 times. Each time, they promised to send us a list of products that might correct the problem.

As of this date (October 14, 2008) no information has arrived. In essence, they are ignoring the problem, they have failed to address the problem of the ruined interior of the dishwasher.

Plastic interior of dishwasher is permanently stained and discolored. It is unpleasant to remove washed dishes from such a disgusting interior. They don't seem to be clean coming from such an interior.

I was using P&G's Swiffer Vac that I purchased just a couple of months ago and it made a very odd sound, then a burning smell started. I cleaned the filter, started it again and it worked about 2 more times and then the same sound occurred, burning smell followed, then, it died completely. This is my 3rd Swiffer Vac. The first one's irreplaceable battery died after 2 years, and the 2nd one died suddenly after owning it for about 4 or 5 months.

No damages. Just out of another $30.00 purchase.
