The pool doctors delivered as promised and at a very reasonable price. They came when they were supposed to and stayed until the job was done. I feel compelled to write a review because so many contractors I have dealt with in the past, just to get them to deliver as promised is a chore. Pool doctors were very professional and know their craft very well. I wish there were more contractors like pool doctors. Since then I entered a service contract with them and it's been a pleasant experience.

This company was hired by me to open my pool on May 20,2010 which they did charged me $500.00, they had a worker drain my entire pool with a metal machine they placed under water connected to a firehose that tore through my liner,at which time the pool began losing water in front of me and the pool doctors workers,called the owner who said we will take care of any damage don't worry. Since that day i get nothing but answering machines,and when i do get through i am told they will be there today,and no one ever comes. I had to hire another company on Staten Island to replace my liner which has costs me $3200.00 which i filed a lawsuit with my attorney against this company the pool doctor
