DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE I swithced from one home warranty company to this company (NATIONAL HOME PROTECTION)to save a couple of dollars on the deductible. BIG MISTAKE I actually had the contractors that National Home Protection used, call me and tell me that we'd have to pay all cost upfront because they cannot get paid by NHP.

Intitally i went with them for the rpomo amount the hook a free 50 gift card for home depot, and the lower deductible. The card I NEVER got either. Then anytime I called & tried to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one there EVER.

My guess is it's some boiler room. The cusotmer service reps were all rude, really rude, and I never got anywhere with a roof leak I had, that they said was covered when I signed up with them. So, I filed a formal complaint with the BBB in NY & received a letter from the BBB stating NHP didn't respond to their calls or letters. That means the BBB is giving them the lowest rating poasible for a business in NY. Alway check with the BBB before using anyone. Anyone can register with them you just have to own a business, but the complaints are valid & useful
