I have Kohler bathroom faucet that I need replacement part for. I was looking for it on their website using my model number. It showed all the parts but not the one I needed. I decided to chat with representative. It told me the estimated waiting time is 11 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and than was told that the part I needed was not available separate from the faucet. I would need to buy new faucet. That for me means that I will never again buy anything from Kohler.

Bought a $300+ tax 19 inch high Kohler toilet from Lowe's and installed everything myself with zero problems until it came time to connect the water line. Keep in mind that before connecting the water line to the toilet, I filled the tank and toilet bowl twice with water and flushed it checking for leaks -zero leaks were noted so my install was perfect. I connected the water line and the connection leaked like a sift. I removed the waterline and applies Teflon plumbers tape. Installed the water line and again it leaked like a sift. Did this numerous times to no avail.

I bought a new water supply line, same thing, leaked like a sift. I removed the float valve from the tank and examined the water line connection to the float valve and discovered that the plastic connection had a manufacturing defect. The bottom of the threaded connection had a chunk of plastic missing, not broken off, but manufactured that way, thus it would never seal against the water supply line rubber seal. Simply zero QA control in the manufacturing process. I have yet to call Kohler, hate to remove and repackage it and return it to Lowe’s. I am 74 years old, and capable of installing and removing toilets, but it is exhausting to do so at my age. Regardless of the outcome, this is my LAST KOHLER product I will ever buy!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent order for the 1/2" ceramic high-flow valve system. Upon delivery and inspection, I discovered that the product is missing critical components required for installation. Because the item arrived incomplete, it is effectively defective and unfit for its intended use. I am extremely disappointed to be informed that I am expected to pay return shipping and restocking fees for an error made on Kohler’s end. Under standard consumer protection practices, a customer should not be financially penalized for receiving an incomplete or "not as described" product.

We have had all Kohler plumbing products in our homes. Throughout the years Kohler has always stood behind their products. Great product! Great service! Great company! Thank you Kohler for being there for us when we had an issue.

Simply amazing customer and warranty service. On two occasions they have replaced parts for tub and shower fixtures that are probably 40 years old. No questions asked and a very quick turnaround.

I purchased $9,000 in Kohler products and put into a new renovated bathroom. Had several issues with shipments and missing parts to install. Also with how long it took to get items in. Everything was bought through a Kohler dealer direct with Kohler. The stand alone bathtub came in and are not advertised as a two piece unit. When receiving it the unit was very cheap and flimsy and a two piece unit. We tried to send it back and was told by their customer service that they would cover the restocking charge and freight. We opened a claim up just to be denied on both once we sent it back costing us a lot of money. Beware of Kohler products and their customer service scams. I would not recommend Kohler products to anyone.

I am disabled and moved into my new accessible unit. Kohler screwed up the order for a toilet, and when they finally sent the right toilet, they advised my contractor and plumber to reuse a part that wasn't safe to use in the new toilet. As soon as I moved in and started using it, the parts grated and broke while I was on the toilet. I needed emergency repairs in the middle of my first night at my unit to avoid flooding every unit below me. It's my only toilet option in the building, and it might take weeks for them to fix their error so that I have a safe toilet.

I have purchased thousands of dollars buying wide range of Kohler products 2-3 years ago. The touchless kitchen faucet has broken down, the water flow is non existent and the paint has chipped off. Called the customer service for the past month and a half multiple times. They only replacing the “defective” valve and not the entire faucet. Paint is not part of the warranty, they said! The messed up thing is that they don’t even have the defective part replacement to send me. The customer representative actually told me “one should consider things before purchasing“ which is another way of saying buyer beware!!

Years ago my husband and I toured the KOHLER plant in Kohler, WI. I was so impressed by the tour, I promised myself I would use Kohler products whenever possible. Fast forward to a couple of years ago when we had a bathroom remodeled using all Kohler products. About 18 months after the remodel was complete the new toilet would run for no apparent reason. This would happen 5-10 times a day and was loud enough to wake us at night.

I called Kohler, explained the problem and was sent the inner workings of the toilet. A plumber came, installed the parts and an hour after he left, the toilet began to run. Another call to Kohler and this time they sent me a new tank, all at no charge. Again, the plumber, but this time it worked and we have blessed silence! The customer service reps were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I am very impressed with the way Kohler stands behind its products!

We purchased a high end Kohler jetted/heated air bubble tub and our contractor had quite a time getting it to work without leading or tripping the power. From the very first email to the company when I contacted Kohler, I found they were very responsive. Throughout the process of trying to get the tub to work, myself and our contractor had several emails with the company and found that the company was very prompt in their responses and offered several suggestions for our contractor to follow.

When those failed to get the tub running, Kohler offered a company technician to come to our home. Unfortunately, the Kohler technician in our area had retired, so they offered for us to hire a professional plumber. We were to pay the plumber and Kohler would reimburse us, and surprisingly all that happened. My husband and I were so pleasantly shocked time and time again with such great customer service especially in today’s world. Our plumbers bill was pretty expensive and Kohler accepted and reimbursed the charge in days!! I would highly recommend Kohler for this wonderful customer service alone but the total reimbursement was icing on the cake. My husband and I am so pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them and buy from them again!
