Loren of Groton, NY January 17, 2008 Loren of Groton NY (01/17/08) Kirthdale of Katy, TX December 22, 2007 Kirthdale of Katy TX (12/22/07) Fred of Kalamazoo, MI September 26, 2007 Fred of Kalamazoo MI (09/26/07) On top of all that the front door was never put in properly since it rubs in one spot, I complained to Home Depot because they are the ones who decided who would instal the doors. Nothing was ever done about any of this. Ralph of Pittsburgh, PA June 22, 2007 Ralph of Pittsburgh PA (06/22/07) A 20 year old looking kid came to my house and put the door in. I let him do his work. When he was done, I came in and noticed my screen door was gone? I asked where it was? He said it had to be removed. It will not fit on anymore. It was like someone hit me in the stomach. It was NOWHERE on my paperwork that the screen door was to be removed??? I did not sign his waiver. I called Home Depot. The guy left quickly as I called. The craftsmanship of the door was AWFUL. I took photos of the nail holes, dripping glue, non caulking of the seems, broken plaster around the door. They sent another person to fix the door craftsmanship and re-attach the screen door. The guy said the screen door would not fit anymore and could not be put on. He left the screen door in my yard on the grass. There were holes punctured in both screens. The frame pieces were bent. I refused to sign the waiver again. Geri of Quincy, IL April 24, 2007 Geri of Quincy IL (04/24/07) Report Your Experience
