We hired this company to trap a raccoon. Gregory Duff from the company took 200 dollars in advance and set the trap. When the raccoon was trapped, we called and they NEVER showed up, nor called back. This is a case of take the money and run. We had to pay a different company to remove the animal who was bleeding bleeding in the cage after been 20 hours there. AWFUl experience.
