When we first signed the agreement, the sales person lied about the size of the machine, the day that they would be installing it, and most importantly, the interest rate.

Also, It appears that documents have been falsified. It looked like someone took signatures and applied them to the new documents. My originals didn't appear to match. Of course they denied everything. If the Sales person have told me up front about the interest rate going from 9.99% to 17.99%, I would have never agreed to the purchase. Another reason is terrible service. A technician, who came to service the machine, messed a part up inside the machine and they had to send another man out to fix the problem. They charged us for both services even though the second technician admitted that the first one messed up the part. I would not advise anyone to use this company.

We have a Water Softener a Puronics that Great Southern sold us. They are threatening to cancel our warranty because we will not spend $240 to service our softener that was supposed to be a lifetime warranty for 10 years. The customer service rep said we need to change the charcoal but no where does it say it contains charcoal only salt. Great Southern Services are a rip off and she was very rude with us and kept arguing instead of giving customer service.

We are very unsatisfied and greatly disturbed by the company claiming we will not be under warranty if we do not spend a additional $240 on top of the monthly finance charge we pay out for this over priced purifier.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was told the equipment had a lifetime warranty, and when the equipment broke they wanted to charge me $500.00 for service.
They MAKE you have an annual service with them which costs $500.00 otherwise you loose your warranty.


Technician did not install equipment properly and when I call to report it, they wanted to charge me for the service, I ended up fixing the equipment with a plumbing company that stated that my equipment never worked because it was not installed correctly.
Already filled a complaint with the consumer protection.

Extremely rude people!!!
