Frigidaire Dishwasher that does not clean! I am so angry with the service I did not recieve from this company. After 2 independent contractors came out to inspect my dishwasher and informed me that per the manual I need to run my hot water first for a cleaning. I was dumb founded. No where in any of the frigidaire brochures did it say this but after purchasing the dishwasher opening the crate and dishwasher door I got to the manual that states this even though this dishwasher is advertised with a variable delay start!

What the heck is the point of a delay start if you have to run down right before it and run hot water through your faucet to get your dishwasher to actually clean the dishes? Well that is what I asked Frigidaire and after 4 representatives it ended with an Angel Prescott (I'm sure this is her business name) who informed me that since the product is not malfunctioning this is in essence my problem that the dishwasher is not in an ideal situation, (mind you my old one that was 4 years old ran perfectly fine off the same water line). And that frigidaire had not falsely advertised their product with the variable delay because it says in plain black and white in the manual that I may need to run the faucet to draw hot water in the line!

Ok never again will I buy Frigidaire or Electrolux! I have had other problems with a kitchenaid product and received stellar customer service. Now Figidaire left me with a falsely advertised product that can't perform in a basic factory setting. Oh and to boot Miss Angel said the CEO Keith McGoughlin does not speak with his customers nor can I email him or leave voicemails. Ok, so let me get this straight you run a company but won't check in with your consumers? Why should we buy from you!?!

My Frigidaire dishwasher (pro series) within 1 year has had 2 electric panels and 2 touch pad panels replaced. Frigidaire electric slide in range (also pro series) when using burner(s) the back right burner will turn itself on (keep in mind the knob is set to off, perfectly vertical) and you cannot shut it off. This has happened twice - both times had to hit the circuit braker because you cannot shut burner off. Very strange and scary.

Only thing worse than Frigidaires products is their service!!!
