They loaded some of my things on the truck and then demanded double the money. They took three weeks and three days to deliver and I was promised my stuff long before that. They stole many of my things including a 55" flat screen TV (brand new), daybed (my daughters), kitchen table and chairs, extension ladder, etc. I have been trying to resolve this since last July 2011. In December, they disconnected their phones and my mail to them was returned. I want to get my money that I am owed for these things but every government agency says that they are not responsible. I want justice! These people are criminals and they are ripping off dozens of families and then moving on.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Horrible, horrible, horrible. This company is a total rip off. They lie, cheat and steal. They only accept cash. They quote prices that are double upon pick up. I was quoted $900.00 but when my items were pick up, I was told that it would be $2,200.00. I said no. They made a few calls and came back with a price of $1,500.00. I decided to go with it due to schedule. I am so very sorry that I did so.
I was told that my furniture would arrive on 9/12 after being picked up on 9/9. After so many excuses, my furniture finally arrived on 9/25--more than two weeks late. Due to the lateness, I was not able to meet the truck. My mother drove down to meet the truck. The driver demanded $750.00 in cash on a Sunday or he would not leave my furniture and would charge me $500.00 a day storage fee until I paid in cash. All my furniture arrived dirty, broken, damaged or stolen. I am completely devastated.

I contracted First Class Relocations to handle my move from CT to CA. The movers arrived within the pre-established time on July 23, 2011. They were quick and efficient by wrapping and re-wrapping my belongings. The estimate I was given was originally for $1200, but afterwards, the price rose to $1900.
I was surprised as I knew the price would increase but not by that much since I provided a written list of my items to the mover prior to their arrival. I was also told that I should expect my items within 7-10 days. It is now August 4, 2011 and I have yet to receive anything. I contacted their office on Monday, August 8, 2011 and was told that the driver of my truck was going to be in California on Sunday, August 7, and that I would receive a call from him shortly.
I have not received a call and continue to receive the runaround from whoever answers the phone at First Class Relocations. I called one time and spoke to Dina, who identified herself as a customer service supervisor, agent, or "whatever you want to call me" and was told to "focus on getting my stuff back"!
What kind of service is this? I called again today and was told to call back. The office agents can never get in touch with the drivers. This is ridiculous! The funny thing is, I used another agency for the transport of my vehicle. I received it in exactly one week.

I hired the above mentioned company to move my belongings from New York to Florida. Upon delivery, the driver did not have any helper to help unload so I had to unload most of my stuff. The driver then up and left. After he was gone (to which I might add he did not do an inventory with me), I noticed one of my boxes was missing. I called the company immediately and was told they would track my box and call me back. This was on May 6th, 2011. To date, 6/13/11, I have not gotten any calls back as to the whereabouts of my box.
I signed a contract and it clearly states that they would compensate me if anything was lost or damaged. I have called them numerous times, but I am getting no results. Also, when my items arrived, boxes were open and wrapping on my furniture was ripped. This move cost me $1,100.00 total and I can't even get them to compensate me for the 60 cents per pound for my missing box. I am hoping that you can help me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and as of today, the company still has not responded to their letters either. As of now I am so frustrated and I feel they are in breach of contract and I am hoping there is something you can do.
