Here are a few of the more recent complaints ... Robin of Richmond, VA January 19, 2010 Sent in 20.00 rebate form from purchase of pots and pans. Form came back with address as undeliverable. After searching on line found number, 800-953-3098, for rebate center. Service rep was very helpful and explained that the company who offered rebate had gone out of business and they were not abel to recall all rebate forms with incorrect address from all dealers of Farberware. I was advised to resend my form. I was assured that there would be no problem even if my rebate turn in deadline had expired. We shall see. I am pretty vigilant and I will be calling them in 3-4 weeks. Just give them a call if you need help and make sure you get the correct address for your particular rebate offer. Violette of Darien, IL January 18, 2010 Reagarding a nut cracker also with Farberware in packaging. The nut cracker is a joke item, no teeth to hold a nut, just rounded off areas, where by the nut just flies out of the cracker. They keeping telling my (via net) to return item, but why waste time and money when the product is totally non fuctional any replacement would be a waste of time. Repeated asked to speak to someone in Farberware, why they are endorsing this totall useless product Cynthia of Wiliamstown, NJ January 14, 2010 I took out the biggest knife and after a few uses the handle part decided to fall apart.I had bought before a different cutlery set and used it for seven years never had a problem.Matter of fact one of my family members is still using it.I would like farberware to refund my purchase they can have everything back i am very upset over this and will not consider buying farberware in the future. H. of Memphis, TN January 13, 2010 I bought a faberware coffee perculator and it quit working in less then 2 month, The company instructed me to send 7.50 for shipping of a replacement and the check was cashed. I've waited and waited and no coffee pot arrived. Be caution and careful when you deal with some company on the internet. Around 60.00 in loss money and a lot of frustraction. Rise of Wantagh, NY January 13, 2010 Bought Farberware set of pots with 20 rebate. Sent form, upc, receipt to address on rebate form (above) and it came back non deliverable. The 866 number on the phone had a fast busy. This is inexcusable. Luckily on this sight I found a posting from someone else with the same problem that had a different phone number and they gave me a different address to try. Not sure what the results will be. This is definitely deceptive trade practices. Sandy of Brooten, MN January 12, 2010 I mailed in a rebate for Faberware Set 20 Mail-In Rebate. My envelope was returned by the Post Office stating that it was not a deliverable as addresssed. The address I had on the envelope was the same as the address on the rebate form Dept 105892 Faberware Rebate P.O.Box 52900, Phoenix, AZ 85072-2900. Where should my rebate be sent so I can receive my 20? It states on the rebate that I only have 30 days from the date of purchase for the postmark. Please advise. Anthony of Anaheim Hills, CA January 12, 2010 Purchased 13 pc set with 20 rebate incentive. Submitted UPC, original receipt well within deadline date and rec'd submission back that no address exist. Had correct address. Feels like scam. This will impact my Farberware decisions in future. This seems to be a running complaint. Joseph of Royal Oak, MI January 12, 2010 I purchased the 13 pc Farberware set from Khols because I was told that there was a 20.00 rebate. I mailed it on the 20th of June and received it ba ck today saying there is no such address. I called the 866 number on the rebate form and it keeps saying to call again later. The meyercorp website does not exist. I will no longer purchase anything from Farberware and I will let everyone I know what occured. Vicki of Hartford City, IN January 12, 2010 Mailed rebate (20.00) mail returned as no address found. Tryed calling 800 not a working number. Says must be postmarked 30 prior to purchase which purchase date was 12/8/2009. Purchased because of price with rebate. Just thought this should be reported if a lot of people are being scammed. cindy of west jordan , UT January 9, 2010 i also had purchases a 12 piece faberware set and expected a 20 rebate and returned as undeliverable and the phone does not work Faberware i thought was a reputaable company Report Your Experience
