I filed a complaint on May 12 about a bad experience I had with Carico. I just wanted to thank Exquisite Home Products and Mrs. ** for taking care of the problem and refunding my money. She has been a big help in solving the problem. I would also like to say that maybe it was not the company's fault, but mostly the representative working at the time with them. And I understand that he no longer works for them. Thank you.

On May 12, 2010, Mr. Marco ** came to my house through my daughter which, at that time, started working with this company and was in training. Mr. ** told me that just by listening to the presentation, I would help my daughter and also learn about health issues. He also promised that I would receive a take a break brochure to one of the many destinations listed in the pamphlet which was a lie because when I called, there are never rooms available. Anyway that's not the issue. My complaint consist on how Mr. ** tricked me onto buying a 15" water purification system. He also promised that if I buy this, he would've given me the SS shower filter as well for free. At the moment, I gave, Mr. ** a $200.00 down payment and agreed to pay off the filter in 6 months. Everything was great until that point. Later on I find out my credit was not approved, and I either had to give more money or lower to a 10" and not get the shower filter, so I agreed.

It's been almost a month and a half and I haven't received any product of any kind. I tried calling the company. They always hang up on me or they tell me I have to fax the complaint letter. They never have a manager available to talk to a customer. I tried to cancel the order since I've been waiting so long (they told me 2 weeks). They said I cannot cancel. So, what am I supposed to do, just let them keep my money? I want to cancel this because Mr. ** and EHP are just a scam! It's not possible that all this time I've been waiting and I haven't even been contacted by anyone! I will not tolerate this and I will go above and beyond to resolve this matter. No matter what it takes. I am very aggravated by this situation, and not only me, also another friend of mine which Mr. ** sold to also have the same exact problem! And this company doesn't do anything about it!
