I recently discovered a negative comment about my business on the internet. It is the only negative comment I have ever had submitted about my services in 25 years. I am appalled that your site would have allowed this to happen , without first contacting my establishment for clarification . If you had taken the time to investigate my business and the customer who made the complaint and the grounds for his complaint wou would never had published this on the internet. His memory of the service call ,we did for him, is so distorted partly because he wanted something for free.It is amazing you would have allowed this to be posted on the internet. Dr Johnny's appliances is the most respected appliance store in VA BEACH and has been for 25 years . Read real reviews from paying customers not the people who want something for FREE. Anyway, I would hope in the future you will exercise more caution before posting such false lies, your reputation as a site depends on it . Thx you John Clifton
On 1/7/09 i was having some problems with my stove at my house. The problem that exsisted, was that i was not getting fire for my oven. Where as i could bake or roast anything in my oven. IT appear to me , that i mike needed my pallet lite. However that was only a guess that i was thinking. So instead of calling my home warranty company , i decided to call Dr Johnny, s. Thinking that the exsiting problem would be a cheaper way for me .However , i was wrong. After speaking with some at Dr Johnny,s , i was told that someone will come out to my house on the follwing day 1/8/09.
On that next day , a person came out to my house as was planed . This guy examine my stove and came up withall tye of things that was supose to be wrong with my stove. And after doing so he came up with as well an estimate for the work that need to be done to my stove. And that was between 35o.oo and 400.oo hundern dollars.At that point , i dedcided that , that amount was to much for my pockets. And that i would be better off going with my home warrant and pay the deductable.
At that point , the guy that was sent out to my house wrote a bill up for fifty dollars but asked for 66.00 dollars or 67.00 dollars. The reson for him not getting the 66.00 or so . is only because he did not have change. But he state on his work order , that i refuse to pay or that i did ,nt want to pay him. After finshing with him , i than went on to calling , my home warrant company. They dispacted a man the very next day. and i had to pay $80.00 dollar deductible. What this guy came up with by surprise and just like i thought from the start is all i neede to be done , was to light the pallet and pust abuttom. ,if not that. What i,m saying for short is that this company try charging me for work , that i did not need. And if i didnot use them , than i had to pay a house call,Which they got. Ihave cometo the concluison, that these people are robbing a person without a gun. Also let me add that i went back to there store and spoke with the owner.or manger, how ever they said that they will check into this matter and do what ever is necssary, but has fail in getting back to me
