I'm sorry but I'm really confused by your website. How many company names do you have? City Sash, City Sash LLC, City Sash Home Improvements. Is this to protect you? Is your company that shady that you have to hide your name? And what office in Dayton? That is where I live. I drove by there to check it out. I didn't see you office. This is very confusing.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

We are having an issue over 23 windows, these were installed by City Sash, Cincinnati, OH. We have tried several times to discuss with City Sash and they basically told us they would see us in court.
We were solicited for window installation due to our location in our development. We were promised a 33% decrease in our energy bills guaranteed. It was not mentioned there was a cap on the amount of the guarantee. For the first 6 months we had the windows, they owe us $640 per my calculations. And, this of course is ongoing. Projected over 2 years, that would be $2,560. Technically, for the expected life of the windows, or at least 10 years $12,800. The only reason we purchased this was due to the promise on the savings, which would pay for themselves in a little over 10 years as said by their salesman CJ.
We held up our promise, we had the City Sash sales sign in our front lawn for 1 month. We even added them to our association phone book as recommended by homeowner, this of course was prior to realizing the increase in costs we have incurred since the installation of the windows. We contacted the owner, who in response basically stated any verbal promises made by their salesman were not a guarantee. It is very disappointing they commented on how the salesman was new. I commented he was a representation of their company and if he was not trained why would they send him out making promises which were untrue.
The owner called today Tim W and told us he has known the salesman CJ for years and he did not believe us. Told us he would see us in court with his lawyer. Excellent customer service is obviously not his priority. We have terms of 12 months same as cash. We would like to warn other consumers about misrepresentation of this company.
