I have called City Wide Roofing for a free estimate of some roof leakage. A gentleman named Mario told me exactly what needs to be done and that they absolutely guarantee their services. A contract was written and a 3-year warranty was given. The roof was "repaired" and money were paid. However, a few days later, my leak reappeared and I tried to contact Mario, Mike, Steve, and Bob (they also go by the name of Bob's Roofing).
They promised to send someone to assess the situation. Mario showed up to assess the situation and I've never seen him again. I tried to communicate through text messaging, phone calls to his bosses, but with no luck. They ignored my phone calls and gave me many excuses as to why they can't come back. I have not heard from them since then. After I did my research, I discovered that they're not licensed, the business address doesn't exist, and they're using city license # 005030, which has no record of such business.
I have also read some comments of other homeowners with similar situations. Please note that the checks were written on two different names: Thomas ** and Steve **.
