From the descriptions contained in the complaints, we have been able to discern that the complaints relate to an entirely different Century Shower Door company, this one located in New Jersey. Indeed, our client is currently involved in litigation against the New Jersey company for trademark infringement.
While our client was able to determine the complaints referenced on your website pertained exclusively to the New Jersey company, we are gravely concerned that an average consumer would not be able to make such a distinction. Thus, it is likely that a consumer would associate the defective products of the New Jersey company with our client's high quality product. Obviously, this confusion has the potential to cause untold
