Eileen of Colorado Springs, CO June 23, 2009 Bought a new 2 door with freezer on bottom model # RF267ABRS Samsung From Brand Source Appliance... with 5 year estended warranty. Have not been able to get ice maker working right and now 3 times I have had to call to have repair on a unit that is less than 6 months old. The repair man calls the service hot line only to make the problem now terminal.. I had a working refig. that would not hold the temp. or make ice. The Service repair department must be reading the manual what a joke.. Called Customer Service and they are fed-ex part to replace the mother board and the ice maker and the sensors this time.. so now I have to wait and I want it replaced.. Replaced today.. So I called the store.. My husband called the store and JP said he would work on it.. Well.. at the moment no one has any urgent cares and it is the consumer that must suffer. never again.. buy anything from off brands stores.. Not sure any of the new appliances work right.. foreign made.. we are at the mercy of the stores and warranty on them. But a new non- functioning refrig. should be replaced same day..so we wait. Susan of Aurora, CO June 12, 2008 We bought a three drawer refridgerator in Feb. In May and June of this year plastic parts began to break off. The crisper drawers, the cover for the light bulbs. We were told by the repair company that this is cosmetic and the company will not pay for it, we would have to incurr the cost ourselves. We certainly did not spend this type of money for the refidgerator to begin falling apart within months. Report Your Experience
