I needed an exterminator in the house I just moved into and I had used this company several years earlier for a flea and tick problem in another home,with great results.I called and spoke with Louis and he told me it would cost 250.00 to come out spray my house and yard,and that the work would be guaranteed for one year.Louis came to my house sprayed the house and a co-worker,Manny spray the outside of the house.I was told that this should take care of my problems,and if I should have any problems to just call and they would come back out and respray.At that time I had no doubts that I would not need to call them from the great job they did for me prior.Well I had the house sprayed as a prevented measure,I did not have more than one or two bugs here or there.

However,after that day my bug problem became worse.I am now facing a major problem with bugs in my bathrooms,kitchen,and other parts of my house.I have made numerous calls and left messages and have had no response.All I wanted was for them to respray and live up to their guarantee.I am so disappointed in this company and their service I would like my money back or have them respray.I paid them in cash and I have just gone back to work after being laid off for six weeks.I cannot afford to pay another company to come at this time.
