Ralph Aurisano is the owner of this company. The first job he fixed was the piping in the basement bathroom which was okay. He is a license Plumber. He then he made my detached garage into a beautiful hangout place for me. Except he has a few things to touch up. Some framing around one of inside doors. He was supposed fix the outside of the garage, frame all the windows, doors, pick up the gutters then power wash it and paint it. I paid $4000.00 for it all in cash. I've been asking him for receipts for everything but he has failed to do so. I'm thinking he doesn't have a contractor license, only a plumber and Heating license.
He also put in a new chimney liner and ended up that he put it in wrong. I didn't know until I had a problem with my oil burner, that gentlemen told me that the liner was put in backwards. But Mr. Aurisano came right away to fix that problem. I also had a leak in my roof which I had the insurance inspector look at. I don't have that receipt either because the insurance company sent it to him not me.
They paid for work to be done in the house and I paid for the additional work. He was fixing my chimney and putting in a new back door. He promised me a box for around my chimney, but all he did was tarred and painted it white. He fixed the inside of the house except left out a few things. My homeowner's insurance paid for the inside of the house not the chimney, and I gave him cash for that and still didn't get what I was promised. I paid him $3000 and no receipt again. I want to take him to court but do not have receipts to do so. All I have are text messages on my cell phone. I'm sure I'm out more money but I'm asking for my $4000.00 I gave him to do the outside of my garage.
