This is a general complaint on the Xbox 360; and I know I am not alone in this complaint. I have a system that was from their original launch, and it has been in the shop at least 7 or 8 times since we got it. In fact, we are presently awaiting a shipping box so that we can return it again. It is like a bad dream. Machine breaks, send it back, extend warranty, get another REPAIRED machine, play for a while, and wait for another failure. I have been dealing with this for years, and it is frustrating.

There is only emotional damage. This was a Christmas gift for my son, and every return is a 3 to 4 week turn around. This week is spring break, and we have no game system.

I own an Xbox 360 & I received the 3 Red Lights without any warning.

I paid for a product with my hard earned money & due to faulty workmanship, I have been ripped off by Microsoft.

I received an xbox 350 for Christmas in 2006. It broke around Thanksgiving 2007. Since then it has broken 3 times and the third time I had it for less than a month after it had been repaired. They sent me a box without a shipping label, then promised to email me a label within 24-48 hours. I did not receive it and called, and was promised a label and a phone call to make sure it was received within 24 hours. Received neither. Called again, they had the wrong email address, but had the correct phone number. Am now waiting on both the call and email again.

I want a refund for the xbox 360, and reimbursements for the 14 games I bought for the system, one of which was Guitar Hero, which is more than the 60 for a normal game. I would estimate my damages at over 1000 including console, accessories (remote, battery pack, 2 fans) and games.

I bought my son two xbox 360s and both of them have broken down. It's only been a year and I don't know what to do. My son is devastated and I am angry about the money I have wasted.

My XBOX 360 has three red lights.

My friend from Europe couldn't play Xbox NHL hockey as we had planned.
