My Samsung Washer's glass door broke so I called Samsung. They gave me Service Right's phone number so I could make an appointment. When I called, I talked to Britney and she told it would take at least 3 days for someone to call me back for an appointment. I wanted to ask Britney about expediting the appointment as there was broken glass. I have a toddler and it is difficult to move a 1000 pounds washer out of the way.
Britney would not let me speak and she kept raising her voice. I had to yell at her to make myself heard and she hang up on me. After 4 days of waiting for a call, I learned that Britney had closed my ticket because I supposedly threatened her life. This is of course a lie as my husband was next to me and can testify this is not true. I had to call Samsung again and file a complaint against Service Right. Samsung told me they have had numerous complaints against Service Right and advised me to order the part.
It took several weeks to get the repair done and I had to take precautions during that time to ensure my toddler would not get injured. I also contacted a lawyer as Britney committed the crime of slander. When you wait on the phone for a Service Right representative to answer, they claim that customers are their number 1 priority. Well, that's yet another lie from this company.
