Broken Vertical Attachment Bracket and Broken Versatile Base. Called Customer Service and the young lady said they don't have replacement parts. They only sell sensor units. So this $300 weather station is useless since I can't attach the sensor to the station (all sensors attach to this piece). She said China owns the company and does not send them parts. I will never, ever purchase a product from Oregon scientific, Inc again. If you read this, take heed.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Wireless Rain Monitor RGR126. Proprietary screws one must make a tool to install the batteries. Then once operating provides inaccurate, misleading information. A waste of effort and money no one should expend.
A scam on both the consumer and the manufacturer. An idea badly implemented and misleading advertising.

I purchased a weather radio which was then recalled. The substitute did not arrive for 4 months. It arrived without a charging dock. Weeks later a dock was sent after several requests. The radio will not charge, and Oregon Scientific will not answer my messages. Worst customer service ever!
Living in a hurricane and tornado prone area, I need a weather radio. Had to purchase another one.

I returned my Oregon Scientific weather radio under terms of their recent recall. The notice I received stated a replacement would be sent within 2-3 weeks of receipt. The UPS tracking states Oregon Scientific received the radio on 11/27/07. Three emails have gone unanswered. I have called customer support three times, only to be told they are having a high volume of calls and someone would call back. Of course, no one ever has.
I am out a weather radio that cost over $100.00. I have had no response whatsoever from this company.

Re: Recalled weather radio WR-108. Numerous emails regarding failure to send return address and prepaid label, as promised, have gotten nowhere. So, have not been able to return useless unit for replacement.
None yet, but we had a tornado warning the other night. The recalled unit was useless in this situation. The tornado did strike and did severe damage a few miles to the northwest.

OREGON SCIENTIFIC WEATHER FORECASTER AND ATOMIC CLOCK (MOD. BAR888A) MALFUNCTIONED. ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE COMPANY AT AN 800 HELP LINE , ON THEIR PUBLISHED FAX LINE AND ON TWO ON_ LINE TECH SERVICE LINES POSTED BY OREGON SCIENTIFIC, OVER A TWO WEEK PERIOD, HAVE PRODUCED NO REPONSES FORM THE COMPANY. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE INTERESTING BUT THEIR SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT. EVIDENTLY THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED AS THROWAWAYS, AS NO SERVICE OR SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE.

I bought a alarm/projection clock product model#BAR338PA which was advertised and also stated in the manual that if you hit the snooze button the time will be projected on the wall for 5 sec. This did not occur and I then called up customer assistance. The representative nastily explained that they removed that option after production. Nowhere on the box or the manual did they explain this new change.
One of the main reasons why I picked this product was for that option. There is false advertisement with no attempt to correct it. The product was $100 and I feel they should correct the problem.
Well, here's what it says on the company's Web site as of 11/1/01: "Product Features: Project Time and Temperature onto wall or ceiling. Reverse switch turns display 180 deg for your choice of easy viewing options." We'd say somebody isn't being very scientific in their description of the clock's features.
