I have been a Bally member for almost three years, and have enjoyed it immensely. My problem comes in the management of the facility and staff. I have been in customer service as a restaurant general manager for over 10 years. The Mayfair Village location opens at 6 am, later than most other clubs in the area-including other Bally. For the past few months, the staff has opened for business at or later than the posted times. Were I to do this, my clientele would find a different establishment to suit their needs. I am disappointed with the lack of concern by management. If the manager were to place themself in our shoes, waiting at the door, as opposed to arriving at 9 am after having slept in comfort, they would see the necessity in having their staff on-time and prepared.
