I ordered the three books from Kevin Trudeau in January. I have not received them. I did receive some weird Secret society letter at some point, but I'm being charged 9.95 every month for a newsletter I was told I could cancel. I've called to cancel and all I get is a recording asking for my customer I.D. number. I never received a receipt for the books or the books! How could I have a customer I.D. number? After reading all these complaints, I am going to my bank and getting a new debit card with a different number. I can't afford this as a single mother!

A couple of weeks ago, my wife Linda saw an ad on TV for a book called Debt Cures by Kevin Trudeau. She ordered a couple of the books for our kids. The cost was supposed to be around 70.00. After she thought about it, the very next day she called and canceled the order. We thought no more about it. Last week, while we were away, we received our credit card bill in the mail and there was a box from Debt Cures on the porch. We opened the mail first and the credit card bill showed Debt Cures charged our credit card 197.00. Upon seeing that, we didn't open the box. Linda called Debt Cures and the woman said there was no record of the order being canceled and no explanation for the 197.00 charge. She told Linda it would cost her 47.50 if she sent the box back. I told Linda we aren't going to pay 47.50 for something that we had already canceled. I told LInda to take it to the Post Office and refuse the shipment since we hadn't opened it. She did that the next day. The Post Office returned the box to Debt Cures. This Saturday, the box was returned to us again. We'll have to figure out what to do next. He has already had many complaints filed about him and he is still in business. How is this possible?

Our credit card was charged 197.00 for something we had canceled the day after the order was placed.

I ordered the Natural Cures book by Kevin Trudeau off the TV commercial program around December 24, 2007. My debit card was charged 44.80 on December 24, 2007. I have never received the books. On January 23, 2008 my debit card was charged another 9.95 for website access that I had thought started when I received the information to use the website. I never received that information. I contacted customer support about the 9.95 charge. They replied on January 24th that they would cancel the subscription and refund the 9.95. Also that my books would be sent out within the next few days. I have atill not received the books.

44.80 debited from my account on December 24, 2007 and 9.95 debited from my account on January 23, 2008. Total: 54.75.

Several months ago I ordered books from an offer on TV by Kevin Trudeau. I returned these books because it was quite apparent the books were a sham. When I ordered these books, it was with the understanding I could receive a full refund. When I called I was told they had not received them, and they would further investigate the matter and get back to me. Right after this, I started having a charge of 9.95 appear on my credit card from a source unknown to me. When I was finally able to get someone at the phone number listed with this charge, I was told that this was also an offer from Kevin Trudeau and that I must have authorized it, which I can assure you I did not.

I told them to cancel this immediately and to credit my credit card. I also asked them why I had never received my refund from the books and was told that was a different branch's PROBLEM! They said they would cancel the newsletter. They didn't, and I was finally forced to contact my credit card and inform them these charges were never authorized by me. They said they would contact the company--since now when I call they just hang up on me.

I have lost a couple hundred dollars with unauthorized charges.

I ordered Kevin Trudeau's book, Debt Cures, before searching his credibility on the web. I believe I am another victim. The same things happened to me: the Customer Service rep just kept on pressuring me to purchase other items, such has a newsletter, magazine subscriptions and other items. I kept telling her"no"--that I just wanted the book. And I have paid extra to receive the book in 3 to 4 days. It's been 5 days, and I haven't received the book yet.

I didn't have the money for the book to begin with. And now I don't have the product. I wonder if the book has helped anyone, anyway. I'm not sure if my credit card was charged any additional fees, which I will investigate.
