Is this your Business?

Kevin Trudeau

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

His claims are false! You can call the Federal Agency Information Directory in Washington, DC! They will provide you with the phone number to the Federal Department of Publication, which writes and updates the documents regarding every matter regarding grants, scholarships, internships, etc. passed by Congress each year. You pay approximately $88.00 plus shipping and handling.

At one time, this office was located in Publeo, CO. The fact is they'll keep you informed of every new revision of the law with the option to update if you desire. Nothing from nothing leaves nothing! Yes, you pay the United States federal agencies for the actual documents, but Kevin has been banned by the FTC and FCC per Federal Trade Commission. If you can received all this info in a novel-sized book, why can't you go to the library and check it out!

The government publications are in your city's main library! Also, the "Question Mark Guy (who wears the ? jacket)" was introduced to the viewing public by Oprah when she first went National. His organization has a fee, yet they keep with the updated laws as they are passed. Anyone can get the information! Kevin is a pack of lives.

I have a publication "Things Your Doctors Fail To Tell You About" (I'm not at home so I'm not looking at the book, but the name of the book is close to correct; and the publisher is correct.) with publisher FC&A Medical Publishers, Peachtree, GA. Their telephone number is listed. You can order the book directly from them without any problems. Additionally, there is another book "Green Pharmacy" published by Rodale (same as Prevention Magazine).

I've spoken with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) personally. I'm a former federal and state employee, who worked as a full charge bookkeeper for a pharmacy. That's why I know how to check all these "get rich schemes." The information is free, or it may have a cost directly from your County Tax Assesor's Office, Federal Housing and Urban Department/Development (HUD), your local banks, and your state's Secretary of Treasurer's Office, etc. for everything that's being stated you can purchase.

Contact NOLO Press in Berkeley, CA for every state law regarding the same. If NOLO Press doesn't have the legal documents for requesting the same, they will attempt to guide you to the correct place that does have said information or documentation. Always contact your County Tax Assessor's Office for a list of properties for sale due to back taxes due. There's no state that allows a person's property to be sold to the person who pays the back taxes without giving the homeowner at least one (1) to three (3) years to pay the back taxes before the property changes hands.

Money that's held by the state has generally been sent to the State Treasurer's Office after the bank account (checking, savings, etc) has been dormant over a pretty good period of inactivity (no deposit, no withdrawals) for they (interest-bearing accounts) do continue to earn interest! So, once they've not heard or been able to contact the account holder, the monies are transferred.

Every county superior court has a law library as well as the county! You just go and search the laws of your county, your state, and the federal government. Some of these foreclosures are on homes of our seniors. Why take the only home/place of residence for them. You can't but only through foreclosures due to bank/mortgage company foreclosures, and they even have a chance to pay the debt off!

God bless, the money grabbers! "We reap what we sow." So remember "Do unto others, as you would they do unto you." I've never seen actual documents for any of these. "I made X Amount of monies!" They show some papers, but they never show the County Tax Statements "paid in full" or Transfer of Title from a title company! When you purchase property, we all go through the same process - title search, etc. - before the property is free and cleared to be marked/listed as "sold." And most states require the buyer to include their county taxes and home insurance quarterly/yearly payments in the home loan.

I've called Kevin's people and everything that was to be free, but they use bullying tactics to sell you other products "that are needed or you need to understand what you're purchasing." No, I have an attorney or other agencies if needed. Yet, they didn't want to take no! I only called to see how above board they were with the sales or Customer Service/Care process.

I wouldn't buy nor recommend the products to anyone, not even to my worst enemy! Oh, there's a Natural Health Food Store that Kevin claims as number one in the city! Well, of course it would be, for it's the only Natural Health Food Store in the city at the time (2 years plus) of his rating! I'm a customer of the said store!

I, too, am a victim. I started off with a $29.95 book and ended up with a $252 charge. After complaining, I received 1/2 my money back after the lady informed me on page 53. Well page 53 you need to pay $18 per search to find your "free money". I hope one day to meet Kevin at a book signing. It will be a bad day in sales for him.

Kevin Trudeau is a serial con artist with multiple federal and state fraud investigations to his name. Right now, he's touting a book called "Free Money" on late-night infomercials targeting people who don't or can't use computers to check the facts. The central claim of "Free Money" is that it can find you money the government owes you via some vague website.

Here's the truth: When a creditor owes you money (say a refund on a cable bill or a small payout from a big class-action) and doesn't have your correct mailing address, it gives the money to the State, which holds it for you. The State provides an online database where you can search by name to see if the State is holding funds for you. Other states may run similar programs. There is no fee to use the site, and it is open to everyone. The California site is here: **.

His other "insider info" seems to be basic information on government grants that you can find easily on free, public websites. Please spread the word on this, especially to your older relatives and acquaintances who Trudeau is targeting with this and other scams. The more people know the truth on this, the faster this guy disappears.

I purchased a book from Kevin, statements he made about different things in his book, Tax Purpose, and the stuff he mentioned was outdated. He is a fraud and it is unfair that he can come on television and make claims that he knows is not true. But also for the television station to air it is unfair also. They say they are not responsible, but they allow such junk to be aired. It seems as though the government has regulations for everything else but people being scammed.

He cheated me out of $149.00. When I tried to call for a refund, I got the run around and never got my money back.

This is a joke. This guy needs to be stopped! He's making money off shipping which you won't get back. There's no real evidence to get free money from any website. Some websites are charging for a service. It's all a money triangle old trick.

I logged into the website to order the "Who Knew" books as seen on TV. When I got into the site, I entered a little information and realized that the site was not secure (https://...). I did not want to enter my credit card information. So I called. I had to enter my credit card info before anything else. I was concerned. I continued, and the cost quoted was significantly higher than the ad was stating. I simply hung up, thinking I had not completed the order. Imagine my surprise when I got a full order of books on my doorstep! They offered to refund some of my money if I would keep the order. I told them no. I did get an RMA and refused the shipment. I still have yet to see my refund though. I felt like this was a totally unethical practice.

Overcharged on shipping and book and outright lied to: I ordered Kevin (aka False) Trudeau's revised and updated 2012 copy of his book "Free Money" offered on TV for $19.95 plus shipping and handling. I called and ordered the "Free Money 2012" and was specifically asking about the cost of shipping. The TV ad that I photographed for accuracy did not indicate any shipping and handling fee, nor were additional fees mentioned for all of the "free material" he was sending you for ordering his "revised 2012" book.

"It usually sells," he said, "for $29.95," but today, for all who placed their order, it was selling for $19.95! I waived the expedited shipping and asked again for the shipping fee before giving my credit card info. I was told a flat fee of $9.95 was the total shipping fee and nothing more. That seemed fair, so I bought the book without any "extras," period. Within 10 days or less, the book arrived. I was shocked at how fast it arrived.

When I asked customer service about this, I was told it was additional shipping for the "free material," yet this was not mentioned/written in his TV ad, period. I photographed the TV ad. That's how I've learned to do business. First, you trust, but verify! If you deal with unethical people, verification can be impossible. The man and the TV station taking his ill-gotten money should be sued!

The first thing I did when I got my box was open the box and the book to "filing your income taxes." I am having my taxes prepared next week and felt it was important to read this chapter first. It mentioned a Schedule M, stating that Schedule M will get you a tax rebate/refund of $400-800.00. The credit is called "Making Work Pay." In his updated 2012 "Free Money Book" though, he failed to update the fact that Schedule M was deleted in 2011, and it was only effective from 2009 through 2010. So if that fact/item wasn't "updated," what else was mis-stated? It's outrageous!

Next, I discovered on the bottom of the box, obscured under the packing paper, was both the receipt and a pink form/a disclaimer that was never previously mentioned. 1) Trudeau's company charged me $29.95 for the book, not $19.95, and $24.00 for the shipping/handling. What a ripoff and parasitic practice by this alleged Canadian! He isn't being threatened by our government to remove this book from the market place, or Matthew Lesko would have been assassinated by now!

Lesko's books are truly informational, and you get what you pay for! I saw Trudeau threw at least 5-6 of Lesko's NY-phone book-sized publications on the (TV) table. He's admitted to culling info from Lesko's books to create his book "Free Money." If our government is threatening to take his book "off the market," it's due to its outlandish claims, plagiarism, misinformation, and erroneous baloney printed in it, period. What a shyster who has no shame. It's public information unless it's plagiarized. Would that be accurate?

When I called customer service, they offered me a reduction on the price of the book or the shipping fee. Why was it offered that way? Naturally, I asked that the fee be removed from the book, which would credit me $14.95 on the book, but only $11.95 on the shipping. Why? Naturally, I selected the $14.95, even though it made no sense. It was $3.00 more of a credit for my wasted time to call and complain. This is another scamming practice, I believe.

I was told I was credited $14.95 on my MC, yet only time will tell until I get my statement, which I just paid. That makes it about 30 days for most people, who only have 30 days to return the book. Is it possible that his infomercials are timed to billing statements? There is not a statement for each day of the month. Ask your bank. It's another trick, perhaps, to keep you from honestly receiving 30 days to examine the book.

Also, I would like to add, I have a "close to indigent" family member, and I believed that this material could help her. It is so despicable that his company would prey upon the poor, whom his book caters to. People, like my self, who earn more than $500 a month, do not qualify for approximately 89% of the programs he espouses you can make money from, period. I've taken a "grants" course offered by a local college in my area. Applying for grant money is not for the weak of heart or the impatient person. It is difficult.

2) The "pink slip" located in the bottom of the box states that once you've opened the box, you must accept terms of mediation if you have a problem. Why didn't he mention that on TV? Meanwhile, there is no number or "Money Back" Guarantee conspicuously displayed in any of the box's contents. If you send it back, you also must pay the shipping and hope they credit you what they charged you to begin with. And explain why a fee of almost $25 is charged for shipping via UPS Ground at "Book Rate," no less. It's the cheapest form of charges!

The box measured 9-3/4" x 4-1/2" in height and weighed barely 2 lbs, yet the packing slip states 2 lbs, 11oz.! A lie. Nevada-based companies have laws that protect shysters, and in closing, I would discourage anyone doing business with any American or Canadian who incorporates in Nevada. This company has 2-3 names; one is "Pacific Living (Mercury Media)." Hence, it explains why most book examples involve California agencies, etc.

The consequences are that I keep and read the book(s) and write a pamphlet of my own, with the help of all of you out there who have experienced similar nightmares or have been deceived by this or a "like person/company," as to what to avoid and how to save your money. I will answer free by email when it is completed. Ask me by August 2012. I'm not hiding, scamming, or taking advantage of anyone, like the Kevin Tru(False)deau! I am deceived.

Every one already knows what is in this book. Since I ordered this book, I have had dozens of other companies trying to get money from my checking account, saying that I purchased the item when I did not. I told the woman whom I ordered the book from that I only wanted the book. I guess she gave my info out to other companies. This man should be put in prison for fraud and theft. I'm very pissed off.

I ordered the book "Kevin Trudeau's Free Money 'They' Don't Want You to Know About". In the last 10 days, since ordering the book online, my phone has been ringing off the hook. The caller ID reads "Unavailable" with the #866-379-2003. We have a small business and we do not answer "Unavailable" calls.

This morning, on a whim, I answered the phone to tell whomever it was to take me off their calling list. It was Kevin Trudeau's people calling to thank me for ordering his book, and then they proceeded to try and suck me into ordering 3 more "buyer's savings" programs. The guy on the phone wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise to even say no! I had to get nasty with him and ended up hanging up on him. Also, I'm about half way through the book. It sucks! All the info that's been given so far is stuff that you can find online and could've been printed on 2 pages, not 113 pages of garble!

The number to call to return the product before the 30-day time period is on the website at the bottom in fine print and during the checkout form. The number is (888) 445-5206 and when you call during the open hours, they do take your info and return your things.

I tried to cancel order four hours after placing it by phone and was told I wasn't in the computer yet. It would take 2 to 5 weeks to receive the book. But when I called customer service at 8 o'clock Monday morning, they said, "Sorry, but it has already been shipped and you will have to pay the shipping even if you return the book unopened." I questioned the shipping time and was given a three-minute monologue of gobbledegook, justifying the reason for not being allowed to cancel, "Well, sometimes it is sent out right away, depending on how many orders we get." Balderdash! I want to cancel the book and I do not want to see charges on my credit card.

The lady that is with him during this infomercial should be ashamed. She must know that this is a scam. When I was ordering, this nice sounding lady tried to talk me up from $19.95 to $99 for the whole package. I kept repeating that I did not want all the other books, just the one on the infomercial. I hope these order takers are getting paid well. They sure deserve it. The goal of Trudeau's company is to get the money out of your pocket and put it in his. What a life! I have learned my lesson the hard way, through my wallet. That's where to get the consumer!

I watched a TV commercial (Free Money They Don't Want You to Know About). It cost $29.95. By the time they finished, it went up to $53.85 in which I told operator to cancel credit card. She refused. I went to my bank. They credited back my money but reversed it and told me I have to go after Mr. Kevin Trudeau myself. Please let me know what I can do to recover my money.

I ordered I believe was the first free book of how to get free money from the government. I ordered the book and I started reading to get anywhere. You have to spend more money to get information websites. They give you or addresses which cost money to get information. I have been scammed by this guy and others. I think these infomercials should be banned unless proven honest. I bought the book a long time ago, I can't remember. Now, there's a commercial with a woman who is asking if it's a scam, she goes to people's houses and ask the ones who claim they did make or find lost money. Please give me a break. There are others too.

I thought people were being hard on Kevin. And now I see why shipping is not $11.95 like they said. I was charged $27.95. I read the book "updated: new for 2012 free money" they "don't want you to know about." I make more money then your suppose to to get any kind of help. And the housing application help website has not been accepting applications since 2010. This is 2012. On top of it, I used my debit card and the next month each week appeared unauthorized charges. Ridiculous. People don't waste your money or time. This is a get rich. Quick scam just for Kevin Trudeau.

The book is a 'rip-off'. I don't know why this man is able to continue to be in business. I am thinking about starting a class action lawsuit against him. He has an A-1 scam going. The infomercial has nothing to do with this book; all the information in the book is information everyone already knows, and if they don't, all they have to do is call the Alliance of information and referral system in their city and get the information free of charge.

Return/double billing - I ordered this book and they charged me $53.00 for the book when it was to be $23.00 and free. I tried to call to get a return and they have never called me back. I keep having to leave a message. I just want to return the books. I am going to the bank to talk to them and then I am going to Jesse on King 5 news this guy has been fined before and has been to jail but this information is just been revealed to me otherwise I would have never trusted this service.

The book for free money is a scam. I had ordered a free money book, with a money back guarantee. Customer service would not send me a return label. I am a disabled person. I use a wheelchair. I am always sick. If I could get to a post office, I would, but not near me. I just want a refund, and a return label. I'm on SSI, barely making ends meet. I don't need to be scammed. Please help.

I just want to add my comments to all the other dissatisfied customers. When I called the number on Kevin Trudeau's informercial to order his book "Free Money" and after I had given all my credit card and mailing information, I asked when I would receive the book and was told 3 to 5 weeks. The woman started trying to sell me additional products. I interrupted her and said I just wanted the book I had just ordered and nothing more, and said the cell phone call was costing me 10 cents a minute. Therefore, I just wanted to conclude the order for the book I had just ordered. She actually had the audacity to tell me that she could not process my order unless I listened to her sales pitch!

Needless to say, I never received the book. I tried once more on another night, to order the book, and this time when I had finished giving the address and credit card information, I immediately asked how soon I would receive my book. When the woman said 3 to 5 weeks, I said, "thank you, and I look forward to receiving my book" and hung up. Once again, I never received my book.

This man and his company are big-time scam artists. If you want any of Trudeau's books, go to the thrift stores and save yourself a lot of money and aggravation!

I ordered the new book about Free Money and was told it would ship in 3-5 weeks. Two days later, I decided to cancel my order. Well, that isn't possible. My book supposedly shipped the next day after my order. I thought there were 3 days after a purchase to cancel? They won't send a shipping label either, so I lose the S&H charges as well. Not a very trustworthy company/product.

I ordered 'Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About.' It wasn't what I expected really. It was better. I followed just some of the things he said and it changed my life. He speaks the truth. All my aches and pains went away. I lost 50 lbs. I feel 20 years younger after just a month of following his suggestions. For people expecting a quick fix list of cures, it doesn't work like that. You have to be ready to take responsibility for your own health. Some people aren't ready to accept this truth and really make the changes that it takes to be disease-free. He provided knowledge that really inspired me to do that. I had no problems with my order. They were very polite, didn't add any charges. I was so happy with it. I ordered two more for friends. Still no problems.

I also bought the sequel 'More Natural Cures...' He actually went against FDA and listed products in this one. I read up on the asthma cures listed and ordered one called 'Yamoa Powder.' It's a tree bark that grows in Africa. It cured my daughter's chronic asthma. Yes....cured. She didn't even have to use her inhaler anymore. The FTC and FDA tried to destroy him for exposing their corruptions and endangering the profits of the corporate interests that are paying them off. Just look at what they are doing now, allowing Monsanto to poison us with cancer causing chemicals and GMO's in our food and water for profit. When did people start becoming aware of the benefits of organic whole food? When this book went best-seller and everyone started demanding healthier food choices! I say this man did the world a great service.

I saw the infomercial last night, due to not being able to sleep for whatever reason. I have read through a lot of these complaints, and I went back as far as 2007, and managed to avoid making this purchase. Thank goodness. However, I have one, and only one, complaint. Why the ** has this man been allowed to continue to rape the public financially. If I had not read the comments on this site, and allowed this to happen to me, I would not take it lightly, and would be filing a suit for fraudulent activities somehow.

Please, I hope I see some legal type folks reviewing this comment, and can hopefully shed some light on why this man is getting away with this. I will most likely post again in the near future (if allowed to do so), to find out the status on my post. In the meantime, I hope you all recover your money, and perhaps have the opportunity to jointly file a law suit for punitive damages, time spent, phone calls, overdraft fees, etc. Mr. Kevin Trudeau, if you, or any of your minions, who may be monitoring this, just know that the clock is now ticking. Cheers everyone, except you know who.

I retired from international finance. About a year ago, I emailed your Mayor offering to help arrange funding for the new arena without any payback obligation on the part of Sacramento. It was an absolutely true offer. Their financial people and legal advisor's would have to give it their blessings to make it happen. There is zero possibility of risk to Sacramento.

I received a letter from the Mayors right hand man who said they would keep it in mind, but did not ask any further questions and have not contacted me since. It appears my offer does not fit into their "plan" since there was zero follow-up. Any thoughts?

I ordered the book. Now every money-grabber in the nation is charging my credit card! When I tell them I did not agree to their services, they are adamant that I agreed to their subscriptions. They will not refund my money and insist that I have to keep the subscription! Specifically, Consumer Reader Services claims that I ordered some magazines (Woman's Day, Better Homes and Gardens, and something else). They wanted to be "nice" and downgrade my subscription from 36 to 30 months for $39.95 instead of $69.95! They insisted they were "doing me a favor"!

Buyers beware. Don't buy, just one of several on the list. I am unemployed. I can't even pay for my mortgage and have four children to feed! Would I be a likely person (I have an Excellent credit rating--for good reasons) to frivolously agree to extra expenditures? That, I won't even answer! I am ticked as heck!

I made a purchased after seeing the infomercial. The customer service rep kept trying to up sale. I said no at least 3 times, and I repeated at least four times, "I only want the one book as advertised for $29.95 and I agree to pay the shipping and handling charge of $11.95." I checked my account later that day and $54 and some change was charged from them. I called them, they referred me to customer service after trying to still up sale me. I called customer service at 1888-445-5206 and spoke with Maria with employ **. She was a little more cooperative and agreed to do a one time refund of the $11.95. I did also contact my bank to dispute the charge, they can't do anything until it's a posted transaction and not just pending. And then I will have to order a new card so no further mysterious charges show up on my account. I am very angry when people take advantage of consumers, it's "biting the hand that feeds you."

I ordered Mr. Trudeau's book "Free Money." I went through the book--none of the sites were able to help me or anyone I know receive any free money. Most of the sites referenced in his book are no longer updated. I called to return the book. They drilled me as to why I didn't look on page so and so. Read it again, the representative said. I am out of my $23.90 shipping and handling plus whatever it costs me to send it back. Lesson learned. Off to the bank to cancel my credit card used to ensure I don't get hit with unauthorized charges down the road like so many other people have been.

I've been reading most of comments, and thank you for the web, because my friend was telling me about it this morning, and she was so convinced, so I decided to call them, and question, then I looked them up on YouTube and Google. There were so many negative comments. I'm so happy I still have my money in my pocket. Can you say scammer? Kevin is making money from every body who buys that book, and he will never get a penny out of my money. My sorry for the ones who lost that battle, but do some research before you buy something that comes on TV after 12:00 AM, especially at 3 AM.

So sorry (free money scam), I did the same thing last January. I too, was scammed by this **, and no one helped me. I did not skim through stupid books, I was looking for college money. Mr. ** said "dirty rotten thief looking 4 people with no money to rip off", and if you know how to write a government grant, you don't need this book. Mumbo jumbo is what I found, not layman's terms. I paid $23 for shipping and handling, plus $20 for the books. I would have to pay for shipping and handling again to get my $20 back. You'd pay $46 for a $20 refund. Some say he's smart (honest people call this greedy), but the government caught up, and so will karma! He says "I get no money for these books". **! He gets $23 for shipping and handling. It does not cost that much for shipping and handling.

If you are an honest person, just donate the junk to resale store, to save someone someone else money they would spend money that they don't have to spare, to begin with. Tell everyone you know. If you're online, or in person. Also, you may try to call complaining to a local TV channel to stop his info/lies. No doubt they probably make a lot from him, to do these spots. People with him, try to remember "their" names. Sure, he paid people a lot (4-5 digits) to lie. That, or they work 4 him.

Lastly, before ordering anything, check with BBB (I stupidly did so afterwards, and I was amazed at what I saw) site for your state, on the number of complaints against him, versus any resolved ones. There are probably other sites like this to air the truth, and always use a credit card (if you have 1). Disputes are very easy this way, and never pay online giving bank/credit union account number (checks are EFT also). I hope I have helped even 1 person. When there are 12 negative complaints versus 1-2 positive ones, it's easy to see who is correct!

I'm a night owl and decided to place an order for the "Free Money" book that I saw on the infomercial ("Investigating 'Free Money'") which was made to look like an inside investigation to K. Trudeau's book(s). (So glad I DVR'd the 30 minute program!) It is believable at first, then immediately after placing my order and turning down all the extras the sales rep offered, I decided to do a little internet research. Haha. Talk about a con! Since, it's the weekend and the purchase hadn't shown up as a pending transaction yet, I called back immediately to cancel my order.

I was given a different number like all the other dissatisfied customers, so I called my bank and had the rep cancel my card. I then continued my investigation. I looked up every name of those interviewed in the infomercial to find that the reporter, M. **, did obviously a convincing job at misleading consumers into believing it was an actual investigation. People listen please. *K. Trudeau is a convicted felon and is not allowed to sell his product personally because of his past criminal record of fraud, etc., so this is the loophole around that! the infomercial "investigates" claims via several "remunerated" individuals (the interviewed) of whom I have taken the liberty to look up.

I found that most are paid actors (L. **, T. **, etc. ), two are actually psychologists (N. **, P. **), and another has her own delivery business (Z. **). It's scripted and misleading. It took a lot of rewinding the program but I noticed that also during the "investigation" they "cover the faces and obscure the voices" of some the interviewed early in the program to "protect their identity", but towards the end of the program during the books final sale pitch, they replay the same clip only with the faces uncovered! Seriously?! It's too funny. What a scam! I am really sorry for those who have been taken by this and I hope this helps those in the immediate future. Wake up people. Please! There's a reason these infomercials are run at night to catch you off guard and prey on your vulnerability.

I am not a conspiracy freak but I do believe there is truth behind the government keeping things from us. I believe that the "pill for every ill" is a way to keep the pharmaceutical companies in business instead of focusing on healthy nutrition to prevent and fight diseases. I believe we do have monies owed to use that the government is not going to tell us about. I just believe that Kevin Trudeau's infomercials are only helping him, not the consumer. Exploiting your curiosity is a huge money maker for people like him. Be careful.

I am currently watching a "program" called "Investigating Free Money" which is profiling the claims of Kevin Trudeau. A few minutes into the program, I asked my husband if this was a sneaky infomercial for him. Sure enough, all of the claims they tried to prove as false miraculously turned out to be true, and Kevin was praised. And during the commercial break, there was a pitch for his books. I know this man has been investigated over the years, but I am amazed that the consequences of his acts are apparently insufficient to keep him from continuing in this practice. Shame on this man, and shame on a system that allows him to continue to prey on elderly and desperate people. With the economy in the tanker, and no hope of recovery in our near future, he has a nice lucrative enterprise. Shut him down!
