On 7-11-09, I ordered .99 sample of Dermapril and .99 sample of 250 Resveratrol, which entered me automatically in a monthly plan which was not disclosed in their ad. On 7-28-09, $79.95 Dermapril and 7-26-09 $87.13 250. Resvera charged to my Capital One account-filed dispute-reversed charges. I begged Capital One's customer service to freeze my account. They let Dermapril and Resveratrol charge my account and buried me in paperwork. I closed that acct on 8-1 but Capital One let them charge me $83.18 for another shipment anyway. I gave up on any help from Capital One, so much for protecting cardholders from fraud. On 10-16-09, Luis ** signed for the certified parcel of 2 unopened parcels of Resveratrol. I have not received a refund of that charge for $83.18 and Capital One said the case cannot be reopened. So much for cardholder protection.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

After the free trial, I was sent 4 more and charged about $85.00 each! Calling them was useless.

I did not realize that I was signed on for life when I sent away for a "free trial" and that there would be NO return information sent in any of the packages. I will pay for the bottles they have sent! But how do I stop future bottles from coming and future charges? This product caused a cutaneous lupus reaction and two months later, I'm still waiting for the flare to stop. They do not give adequate warning about the possible side effects of their product.

I ordered a free sample of Resveratrol from their internet website which said the product was endorsed by Oprah, Dr. Oz, Barbara Walters, CNN, Fox News and a host of others. The only charge mentioned was $1.95 to cover the shipping cost. There was no other information on the website, I was curious to find out how much it would cost to order if I decided I would want to continue taking after trying out the sample, but there was no info there to be found. I thought the sample would have more info. included with it, but there was nothing but a full bottle (30) sent and no enclosures.
I did not open the bottle, and a couple weeks later another bottle of Resveratrol arrived. This concerned me, so I called my Macy's Visa which I charged the shipping fee against, to see if any charges had been made on my account. In addition to the $1.95, which had been billed and paid, there were two new unauthorized charges. There was one charge for $87.62 on 11/4 by Improved Health, and another charge made on 11/11 for $87.62 by Youth Supp.
Each charge had a different toll free number. I called the one associated with the 11/4 charge and after waiting for 45 minutes, was disconnected. Called again and waited about 30 minutes before I finally spoke to a representative. She said I was on an auto ship program and every 30 days they would ship a bottle of this stuff to the tune of $87.62 each. She said I had 15 days to return the first bottle if I didn't want to stay in the program. None of this was communicated on the website where I ordered the sample. She asked if I read the terms and conditions, but I saw nothing there with terms and conditions.
I realized immediately that I've been scammed. I told her I had not opened either of the bottles and would return them both. She said I would have to pay for the first bottle because I did not get back to them before 15 days. She gave me a cancellation no. and they sent me an email confirming that I was cancelled from the program. But I am concerned about the two unopened bottles that they sent that I want to return. She wouldn't give me a return address, said I would get an email with instructions on returning. I asked when, and she would not say. And I still haven't received return instructions.
Now, from reading the other posts here, I'm worried about getting any amount refunded, and especially the first $87.62 which was for the "sample" bottle that wasn't really a sample at all. Incidentally, the representative at my credit card co. said she had taken another call just a couple hours before mine about the same thing. Hopefully, my credit card company will support me on this one, but I will have to wait and see.
I have notified them to cancel the card and reissue with a new account no. and I have disputed the two charges. Can't something be done about these crooks? Obviously, they are trapping people left and right with this scam. Thought it interesting that each charge was under a different name, and when I looked them up again on the internet, they had yet a different name. Any reputable company would not have to operate selling the same product under multiple names unless they are up to no good.
I have learned my lesson -- I'll never order anything again off the internet unless its a trusted (tried & true) website.

When I recieved my Credit Card Statement I was being charged $7.95 shipping and handling I called my credit card company and they did give me a credit for that. On March 8th 2009 I knew this was a scam! I called Resveratrol and cancelled the order.
One week later I received another shipment of Resveratrol. I immediately told the USPS I did not want it and he returned it to the Company.
In April I recieved my Credit Card Statement and I was charged $87.13 I called the credit card company and it was put into Dispute.
In May I was charged a second time for $87.13 for the shipment that I refused and sent back. My Credit Card Co did also put that amount into dispute.
I now have to pay Capital One $87.13 and possibly another $87.13 for the 2nd shipment that again, was returned for something that was a scam. I cannot afford this I am totally stressed out cannot sleep over this Scam. It has caused me hardship to pay this money. I want to get my money back from this Company Resveratrol.

On July 18, 2009 I ordered Resveratrol Ultra and a Colon Cleanse (online) in connection with a FREE Trial Offer. My only expense was to be $.99 shipping and handling for each product. On August 9, 2009 while reviewing my credit card statement onlineI found 2 charges for $87.13 each and one for $74.62.
When I called the merchant they told me "nothing is free" and I had to abide by the terms and conditions. I asked where I could find the terms and conditions and was told terms and conditions was in small print at the bottom of the page. I supposedly had 15 days to cancel or be charged. They refused to refund my money. I immediately called my credit card company and filed a dispute on the charges and closed my card to avoid further charges.
After almost 2 months of arguing with Capital One (my credit card company) I was told that I should have read the terms and conditions that they were only a billing agent and would not help me. Needless to say I am looking for another credit card company, one that hopefully stands up to crooks like these.
One agent from Capital One did call me the day I placed the order to confirm that I placed it. In talking to other agents at Capital One I discovered they knew the merchant was a crook and did not tell me. They could have saved me alot of money if they had told me why they really called. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General for all the good that will do. $248.88

I tried the credit card company in hopes they will not allow anymore charges from this company. They will not help me and they said I need to deal with the company. I can't if I can't get ahold of them. I read other complaints about them and they keep getting charged as well and it's all a big scam. What can I do? I am being charged for a product I do not receive and do not want. I ended up with an over the limit fee of $30.00 to my account because of the charge made by Resveratrol Ultra.

Order a trial reseratrol for 99 cents, and they billed me 87.13 and when I went to call them with the phone number that my credit card gave me, in conjuction with the 87.13 charge, when you ask to speak with a customer service rep., you get hung up on or you wait over a half hour and know one answers you.

My credit card was charged $87.13 in July and again in August. I have never heard of this company, never ordered anything from them and never given them my credit card number. I see where others have had the same thing happen, although only after ordering a trial size of something. These charges caused my credit card to be over the limit and having a $30 fee added to my account. The charges have been disputed as of today, when I was notified about them.

I've called multiple times to ask them to refund my credit card and always get the run around which ends with being told to call back in 3-5 days to check on the status. I will be out $49.95 if they don't refund my credit card.

I ordered a free sample for .99. A week later I was charged $87.13 on my credit card. I did not give permission for this purchase. I happen to check my bank balance and noticed this amount deducted from me. I am a senior citizen. I bought this for my daughter. I was contacted a day or two to by more. I clearly stated NO. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND FOR THIS TO BE LEGALLY HANDLED.

On 7/8/09 I ordered a sample of Resvtrol Antioxidant supplement at .99 which I did receive. Upon receiving my credit card statement on 8/11/09 I realized that Resveratrol charged my credit card $83.18 on 7/7/09 and on 7/22/09 I was charged $87.13. There was also a charge of $1.95 on 8/7 and another charge of 2.00 on the same day. Also, I never received the product that I was charged for.
I tried cancelling the order and had a difficult time getting through but when I finally did, I wasn't satisfied that it was cancelled because the process was automated and I wasn't actually told that it was cancelled. No confirmation number either. I contacted Resveratol immediately by way of "chat" online. I "chatted" with Kimberly (CA-027) and explained my concern -- to no avail.
Kimberly claims that the orders were delivered (they were not) and that I should have cancelled within 15 days. I told her I wanted my Citi Card credited. Her reply was "It's clearly stated on our terms and conditions that if your account remains active after the 15 day free trial period starting on the date of order, you will be billed for the full amount of the product. The product is a montly supply for as long as your account remains active. Since your account was not canceled you were billed for the month supply. I actually was billed for 2 months in the period of 7/8 (placed order) to 8/7/09. They scammed me out of $174.26.
Is there anyway I can get my money back? I'm very angry.

I signed up for a free sample of this product as reviewed by Barbara Walters on 'The View" on tv. You pay shipping of .99. Two weeks later they billed my credit card for $87.13. When I called they said I was supposed to cancel this membership within 10 days or pay the full price for this product. This is such a scam!

I had my credit card company dispute the charges and send me a new card.
Why are so many companies just completely losing any sense of ethic?

I received only one refund. I called two times after that. Was finally connected to a supervisor who said I needed an RMA number to have it refunded. When I told them that I cancelled both orders and the customer service rep told me I would be refunded for both onece they received both bottles; he said regardless of what the rep told me that was not their policy. If the back office got the product returned, the would mark it as rejected and keep the product and my money. Company policy.

Ordered a sample of Res-Veratrol, and it did not state, would have to buy full sizes of it. I use my check card, as can not afford to charge things, and just happened to have enough in it, am saving to pay my eye Dr. They gave me a month before sending me a bottle of the pills at the price of $87.13, and then within a period of two weeks. another bottle for $83.18. Other charges were $2.61,$1.95,$2.50,$2.00, six cents and six cents, for a total of $179.49. Both boxes that were sent to me, had a phone number of the shipping department, but on both, the last four numbers were covered so could not be seen.
They have a policy, in fine print, will not be reimbursed for unopened packages. Why should I open something, have not ordered. Did send a letter to the Returns Dept. and got an email from them yesterday, stating, they would reimburse my account for $87.13. My income is below the poverty level, would never have ordered anything that cost so much. Use my Check card, as can not afford to use a charge card, unless could pay for it when the first bill arrives, so see no use in having one. Emailed them about refunding me for the second bottle, but have not heard from them as of yet.

I ordered a "free" sample and agreed to pay a 99 cents shipping charge. I did this on my CitiBank credit card. The very next day, an aggressive salesman telephoned me. I told him SEVERAL TIMES that his company was NOT AUTHORIZED to charge anything else except the 99 cents shipping charge. Period! A few days later I was charged $87.13, supposedly for the "free" sample. Despite the fact that I returned by certified mail the UNOPENED sample and requested a refund several times, no refund has been made. One representative promised a refund, but that has not happened. Meantime, CitiBank has been of no help whatsoever, stating that they have to honor the charge. This is obviously a scam, and an expensive one at that!

On 6/12/09 I paid the $0.99 for shipp'g the FREE sample & on 7/9/09 I cancelled my account. An add'l $87.13 had already been charged to my credit card. I spoke to customer service on 7/22/09 asking for $87.13 to be credited to my charge acct. or to send me a month supply of resveratrol ultra. Cust said "NO, because you didn't cancel within the first 14 days period."

It is on Oprah and Dr. Oz's website to order a free sample of of Resveratrol which is supposed to have the same thing as red wine for health. I went to Oprah, clicked on Dr. Oz and Resveratrol and ordered the free sample. We got one for my husband and one for me. Then I received another packet, and my charge bill for $87.13 plus a foreign transaction fee of $2.61.
I called the Bank of America, and Andrew ** called the number and said they automatically send us another month's supply. We never agreed to continue, and this company did this without our permission. The medicine is shipped from Canada and mailed from Hollywood, FL 33020. I found all this out from our Bank of American representative when I called to refute the charges. This has not been tested by AMA and is being shipped from a strange company. And my husband took it and felt sick, and we stopped it immediately.

On a recommendation from Dr. Oz, on the internet, I ordered a free trial of Resveratrol Ultra and Rezmelts on 5/27/09. A day or two after ordering the Rezmelts, I got a phone call from a lady from Biolabs offering me a free 14 day risk fee trial for the Instant Wrinkle Releaser (in their written contract it says 15 days, which they never provided to me, I found it online after the fact). The only reference number I was given for the order was a phone number to call if I wanted to cancel further orders. The first bottle I received was shipped from Richmond, CA on June 6 and I received it on June 8. I noticed on June 10 that my Credit Card was charged $49+, so I called Biolabs and cancelled all three products because I was told that these were free trials. (I would not have accepted the product if I had known I was going to be charged for it.)
I was given a cancellation confirmation number of **. I told them that I wanted a refund of the $49+. I was told that they would review my case in a few days to determine if I would get a refund. I called my credit card company that night and told them that I disputed the charge. Two days later on June 12, I checked my credit card account online and saw that the $49+ had been deducted (I believe that the credit card company took the amount off until the dispute is resolved). In any case, a second amount was charged by Biolabs on June 12, for $87+ for a second bottle of the Instant Wrinkle Releaser. The second bottle was sent from Richmond Ca on June 8 and it arrived to me today, June 13, 2009.
I called Biolabs again to request a Return Merchandize Authorization number so I could return both bottles of the products, but I was told that the 14 day free trial period had expired and I had to pay the amounts charged to my credit cards. The 14 or 15 day risk free trial begins when the order is taken, not when you received the item in the mail, so the advertisement is deceptive.
I have yet to receive anything in writing from Biolabs explaining any of this to me. They have not included in their packages any Invoices nor Statements describing the costs to me. Both of these bottles are the same size, so if the bottles are supposed to be for a 30 day period, why did I receive a second bottle just two days after receiving the first bottle? Customers are being misled. By the way, before I got in this argument with Biolabs, I tried their product for three days and I did not see any positive results from the Instant Wrinkle Releaser. It made no difference at all in the appearance of my wrinkles under my eyes.

What I did not see was the note regarding my credit card will be charged monthly 79.99 plus 6.95 shipping unless I call to cancel. I also was not aware that I was getting a "special bonus" of a free 21 day trial to Fit Factory and of course if I do not call to cancel I will automatically be billed 29.95 plus 1.17 shipping monthly to my credit card.
How can a company continue to bill you for product? Once they have your credit card number they are free to bill you as much as they please. They might as well steal my number and go crazy! Is there no regulation of products sold on the internet? Apparently this company is out of the country and many individuals have been taken by their comeon. Please help the honest citizens.
