Placed an order for four bottles of Breast Success assuming their 90 day money back guarantee as stated on their web site: "we offer a money back guarantee to all our customers. Within 90 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any bottle or bottles for any reason, for a refund." I ended up taking the max dosage of 9/day, each bottle contains 90 pills so I did not have enough to get through the 90 day guarantee period. I ordered a 2nd order of 4 bottles and inquired if I would still be eligible for refund and the customer service rep, whom you can only contact by e-mail replied that "Each order qualifies for a 90-day guarantee". When I returned both orders within the original order 90 day period they refused refunding my second purchase stating that reorder constitutes satisfaction. Even though I supplied copy of e-mail correspondance and reminded them that their site does not note any policy exceptions they refuse to let me speak with anyone. They are of the opinion that I ordered, requested refund then re-ordered, however my receipts and correspondance with customer service prior to placing the second order clearly indicate that is not the case. To me, this is false advertising and as they only communicate through e-mail I can't get to management. Report Your Experience
