Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I purchased the items and tried them but they didn't do anything. So, I called the company back and she gave me RMA number **. I sent it back through FedEx just like she told me and said that there would be a refund back to my credit card for $548.65. So, I kept calling my credit card company to make sure that I would get my refund but it never came.

I called them again and she said, "Yes, we received the items and you will be getting a refund to your credit card." I was getting real suspicious by now. I waited a couple of more days after calling my credit card company to see if they refunded me and, of course, they did not! I called the number again and it did nothing but ring busy forever.

I cannot believe that people can do this and live with themselves. I have my statement where it was charged, my FedEx tracking number, and RMA number. I even called my credit card company and spoke with the manager. I faxed her everything and she said that because of the time span, they couldn't credit my card. How lovely. All I want is my refund of $548.65 that is owed to me.

I had ordered the Isis breast enhancement pills about 3 years ago. I spent roughly $700 for the pills, and was told that I was able to get a full refund if they did not work. I called and mentioned to the sales rep, that I was not having any results. She told me that I should use the product for the full length of time, because some individuals get later results. I never had later results, the only thing I resulted in was quick weight gain ever since using those pills.

When calling back to speak to the sales rep about returing the product, because it did nothing, she told me that because I used it for over a certain length of time that she was unable to give me a full refund. I believe that I received only 50% of my money back. I just hope that their were no harmful effects on my body from using the pills that I thought were so safe.

I ordered Isis because I had an A cup breast and I was told I would have at least a cup size larger after taking this product. My breast never grew even though I took the pills as discribed and used the cream as discribed. In the beginning nothing happenbed but later on about 2 months in I started getting headaches, nausa and dizzy spells. I continued to take the supplement and continued until it was gone. My breasts are still an A cup.

I ordered the Isis breast enhancement product, paid $199.95 using a credit card and after trying the product I did not notice any changes so I returned the product as stated for a refund. I received a confirmation letter from them as to how much I would be refunded which they said would be only $159.96 because I didn't return it by the date they said it had to be for a full refund and that they would only give me the lesser amount. I have never received this refund and I want to know what I can do to recover this money.

In July 2001 I ordered the ISIS breast enhancement product and after one month of trying it I started to get bad stomach pains and upset stomachs all the time. So I called and they told me to only take half of what you were supposed to so I did and contiued to have the stomach problems. So at the beginning of August 2001 in I tried to call back and get a RAN (return authorization #). Which was well before my 90 days were up to get a full refund.

I only got answering machines and I left over 7 messages in one month and finally someone called me back at the very end of Aug. and I got the RAN and sent all of the product back. And I have yet to see my money. As many of the people in the world today I don't have the money to just throw away. all I want is my $400.00 back. When I called to find out where my money was I was told that they went bankrupt.

I purchased the Isis system, breast enhancement products. I was curious, so I tried it. All this time, I thought that it just didn't work for me. But recently, I came accross a news broadcast highlighting the false claims of their products. Each time that I called within the 90 days guarantee, they pushed products on me, such as a supplement to further support the pills that were initially given. I declined on ordering another set of supplements and from that day on, they did not return any of my calls for customer service questions.

The thought did cross my mind that it was a scam, but I blamed myself for not insisting on reimbursement within the 90 days.

I purchased Isis Breast Enhancement with a money back garantee. Within 5 weeks of use my skin started peeling all over my body. I called the company and they gave me a return merchandise number. I sent everything back like they told me. I included a letter and I have a copy of the letter. They were supposed to reimburse $519 plus tax. I sent the package priority mail. They received it on October 10, 2001. They have not paid the money back to our credit card yet. It was supposed to be paid within 30 days. I tried to call them back and the number stays busy.

We are paying interest on something that we don't have. Our payments are higher because the amount is still on our account. It's very emotionally frustrating when someone scams you and steals your money. We don't make as much money in Arkansas. So $519 is alot of money to us.
