Sylvia of Winner SD (8/8/02):
Mr. French agreed to give us a refund. She paid $900 originally, but the refund we recived was only for $745. I called him and was told we hadn't given him enough time to get it right. It has been almost three months, back and forth and no luck resolving this situation. I believe that she is being taken advantage of because of her age. In reality, she has a good mind and still lives alone. If someone tells you they will return you money it means all of it. Mildred is a elderly lady. Each trip is 100 miles, plus we drove 450 miles to take the product back to Rapid City, and now she will not have enough money to pay for another hearing aid. Just because you're elderly doesn't mean you can be taken advantage of. |
