I ordered some small barrier pads from DH Medical and received order confirmation. Yet 15 days later, I have not received them. I've emailed DH Medical asking for a shipping update. No response. I've called several times only to receive a recording that no one is available to help me and inviting me to leave a message with the assurance that someone will get back to me the same day. I've yet to hear back from anyone. I cannot get a live person. I cannot get a call back and I have no product. I will not be doing business with this company again.

In January I bought a Respironics Evergo O2 concentrator for $2595. On Oct 12th, it was picked up to return to DH Medical for an overhaul as it was sounding too loud. UPS picked it up. Steve at DH Medical dragged his feet getting it repaired and after a month and countless phone calls, Steve said UPS had picked it up. Sure enough, it arrived on my door step way over a month after being sent. So happy to see it, got it set up and I about came unglued mine. When it left had between 40 and 50 hours on it. This unit had 546 hours. What was he trying to pull?

I called the repair place and according to them this unit was sold in April 10. Mine was sold to me in January 10. I did receive mine today 11/19/10 after all this time not being able to go out of the house. Steve has a mother or sister or aunt or someone he loves and I hope they never get treated like I did. Never answers the phone, mostly goes to voice mall. I think he's a one man show that has no idea how to run a business. I would love to know who the real owner of this business is. If he was my employee, he would have been fired long ago. Get your act together, Steve. Start treating people. Remember right karma.

Back on 2/22/2010, I purchased wee wee pads from DH Medical on the internet. I paid through PayPal.

02/25/2010, I had to put my dog to sleep. So I no longer needed the wee wee pads. I called the company that day to see if they were shipped yet and was told they were delivered to my house that day. I told the man that I didn't receive them and what happened to my dog. He seemed sympathetic and told me he was going to call UPS to see what happened and would get back to me. He also said that if I should receive the package to just refuse it and they would take it back. Well, I never received the package and he never called me back.

I tried to call them 2 or 3 times after that and each time, I got voice mail and left messages but never received any responses. So I called my credit card company and made a claim hoping they would get somewhere. They reversed the charges and that was it. About a month later, I received a letter from the credit card claims department saying DH Medical said they shipped merchandise and I again told them I never received it. So I wasn't charged. Last week, I made a purchase on eBay and when I went to pay with PayPal, they told me my account was frozen because I never paid for the $35.99 purchase for the wee wee pads. So I needed to pay or made account would be frozen.

Now I can't buy the item I purchased and I can't even close my account. They are holding me hostage until I pay. They have no proof of delivery except for UPS saying they delivered. I never received this merchandise or signed for anything. How can I returned something I didn't receive? PayPal does nothing for the buyer, they only protect the seller. Please help me clear my account because I always pay for what I receive and this is total unfair. They never notified me that my account was frozen or there was any problem until I went to use it. Thank you for you assistance and I appreciate anything you can do.
