Colon Cleanse 3000

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I ordered Colon Cleanse 3000 on 9/14/09 and 4.95 for shipping was charged to my account. I then called and canceled the product at no time was any mention made that I needed to return the product. I have not heard another word from them since. On 4/9/10, seven months later I received a letter from Tiburon Financial stating that they are attempting to collect a debt relating to this.

I called Tiburon and they stated that just because I had made a phone call did not negate the debt, when I talked to Tiburon they said when I clicked they box I agreed to all terms. These terms were not in agreement you cannot find a copy of agreement and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at that company. Tiburon is not able to provide proof of this or will not they just kept repeating that this is a debt they are collecting I am responsible for. I have informed them I am disputing this debt and am not responsible for $83.95. What a scam. Alleged debt turned over to Debt Collection Agency.

I received a letter from the listed Company stating that I owed $133.95 for Colon Cleanse 3000 product I had ordered in August 2009. I never received the product to try free for a 14 day period. The product I eventually received, about 3 weeks later, was not what I had ordered and immediately canceled the transaction. I got the letter dated 2 April 2010 several days ago advising that if I didn't remit $133.95 within 10 days, I would have collection agency actions filed against me.

I called the number provided and received information that I should send them payment for the Colon Cleanse 3000, yet they couldn't provide any information about their client ie; no contact numbers or address. This was after I informed them I had no intention of paying for something I never received. I was told that I could go online and search for Colon Cleanse and get in touch with them about this account.

I found this location which had a contact number for Colon Cleanse. I contacted them and was told that Healthy Services Online had no authority to send my account into collections and was provided a confirmation of cancel reference. Somebody out there is committing fraud through the US Postal Service. This entire debacle caused me to cancel my checking account and debit card back in early September of 2009. I thought this whole thing was behind me, but apparently it's not. My bank required that I submit a fraud report through our local police and that would allow them to block any further transaction. I was also required to close my debit account and start over with a new debit account.

Just about each and every posted complaint sounds just as if I'd written it. However, fortunately for me, I'd called my credit card company almost immediately and they'd told me to dispute the charges of $172.80 by Colon Cleanse 3000 in August of 2009 proving it as fraud. Now, here I am in April of 2010 and Healthyonlineservices had the nerve to send me a bill this weekend and demanding that I pay and threatening to ruin my credit. So, I contacted the Attorney General in Arizona online and filed a formal complaint!

Shortly after that, I called healthyonlineservices and told them that I owed them nothing! I made copies of the internet complaints and mailed it and their bill back to them. I notified them that I contacted their Attorney General in Arizona too! I wonder what name they'll try and use next? Wallet cleanse or Ogre services?

I ordered Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse from online promotion. I never received Colon Cleanse and received the Acai Berry after the 14-day trial period. I called and cancelled on August 25th. I mailed back Acai Berry materials. (Of course, my luck I don't have the cancellation number and did not use track package).

Ten months later, I received a letter threatening to ruin my credit from Colon Cleanse 3000 if I don't pay. When I called, they were very rude, had no information on my account other than the time the internet transaction took place and would not provide access to speak with a manager. They said that if I could not provide proof and did not call and cancel, I was responsible. There were no terms of agreement that stated that the material had to be returned within 14 days or I would be charged.

I wasted numerous hours arguing with them over the phone, tracing my credit card charges, and trying to get to the bottom of how all of a sudden they are sending me to collection without so much as a bill prior to that and no warning information regarding the free trial, etc. They keep saying that they have no record of anything that I have done!

On July 17, 2009, I ordered 14 day trial for $4.95. Upon receiving the item, I immediately called and cancelled the order. Today, I received a letter from a collection agency. I called the company and was told I needed to call Colon Cleanse 3000. I found a number on the internet 888-895-1159 and called it but didn't get anywhere. Ashley, who states she is the manager, cannot do anything for me because the entire file was sent to a collection agency. I told her the collection agency told me to call her.

Needless to say, she hung up on me. I called the number back and asked Ashley again, "can I listen to the recorded conversation?" She told me I had to call the collection agency. I called Tiburon Financial LLC. I spoke with Keisha and was told she will place the claim in dispute. I later call Tiburon Financial LLC back and spoke with a man. I asked him if I could hear the recorder of me accepting the terms of paying $83.95. If the representative mentioned anything about paying $83.95, then I am responsible.

However, I will not pay anything until I hear the recorder. He said I was wasting his time. The claim is in dispute. I asked him will I receive a call or correspondence with the findings of the dispute. He said I probably will, it is going to tell me how much I owe. I asked him, will you please annotate I want to hear the recording. He said I was wasting his time and hung up the phone.

I received a debt of $133.95 from Healthy Online Services for Colon Cleanse 3000 on March 23, 2010, stating that "the 14-day trial period that I signed up for had elapsed since my order date". Honestly, it has been so long since I ordered the product. I can't remember if I ordered it last summer or if it was around Christmas time. But they claim that under their terms and conditions I had 14 days to cancel and 30 days to return any unused portion if I did not like the product; otherwise, I was agreeing to be billed for $133.95.

As a school teacher, I am not in the habit of signing for or agreeing to terms that I do not agree with; thus, my grievance. My understanding was that it was "risk free", as they continue to state. They even tried to access my credit card account for the money they claim I owed, but were fortunately denied! I did submit a written complaint to Healthy Online Services at 7904 E. Chaparral Rd., # A110-146, Scottsdale, AZ 85250 on March 30, 2010 stating that I have no intentions of paying them. On March 25, I received a letter from Tiburon Financial, L.L.C. to try and collect the alleged debt.

I contacted them by phone today at ** and spoke with a representative named Eric. He said that according to Healthy Online Services I had not adhered to their terms and conditions. I then disputed the claim with him and told him that I had contacted them by mail and sent it certified. He said I was on the right track by responding with a written dispute and that he would try to have the alleged account "zeroed out". I further shared with him that there are many other published victims of the Colon Cleanse 3000 scam!

As of now, April 2, 2010 I am only out postage to return the unused product and send it certified mail, which incidentally was $6.66. Any Christians see the relevance of this number? I am, however, very distraught that they would attempt to access my credit card account and threaten to turn me over to collections. This type of business gives online shopping a horrible name, and I will never purchase online again!

I tried this product for 14 days. By then, I had already been on my credit card for the next shipment (early), so I disputed it with the credit card and returned the product unopened in the same box they sent to me. That was last July 2009. I need to pull my credit card records for the exact dates. I called the company and told them about returning the product and about disputing the card charge. At that point, they cut me off abruptly and said they could no longer speak to me.

Today, in the mail, I get not one but two collection notices from two different collection companies stating I owe money for the product! Again, the product was returned in the box it was shipped in, never opened, and marked "return to sender." Interesting that they wait 8 months to take this action and not once in the past 8 months have they ever billed me. If this hits my credit report, I am going to hire an attorney. This charge is false, and this attempt to get money from me is illegal.

I ordered their "trial product" 7 months ago, and cancelled almost immediately. I just received a collection letter from Healthy Online Services on their behalf.

Okay, Colon Cleanse 3000 is out of business. They are now sending letters to all their past customers, under a new business name, trying to scare them into paying.

Call Healthy Online Services (don't bother trying Colon Cleanse, I sat on hold for 2 hours). Tell them that you are disputing the debt, and that you require all information regarding the debt, and the company claiming that they owe you money. Healthy Online Services represents themselves as a 3rd party collector, but after a few phone calls, I found out they are in-house. From there, I did some research, and I suspect it's actually just the same company. They will probably get sneaky, and say that all the information is in your hand (the guy I talked to did).

I told him that there is no phone number for Colon Cleanse 3000, nor is there any postal address, or physical address of any kind. I was told to go to their website. I repeated that I was disputing the debt, and they were required to give me all information regarding the company, and I should not need to go online to get it. At that, he told me that he did not have any information. So I stated that if he did not have the information, and refused to provide the information, that this is not a valid debt that he could collect on, and that I would contact the Attorney General, should any further actions be taken, calls, letters, etc. He was then able to magically check my account, and see that it was indeed cancelled, and apologized for the trouble. I hope this helps others.

In June 14, 2009, I ordered the AcaiBerry Colon Cleanse free trial offer online. It took a week for me to receive the pills. I cancelled my order from any further shipments and had the bank issue me a new bank card after I was charged $74.00 from AcaiBerry on my bank card. Now 9 months later, I received a bill from Healthy Online Services for the Colon Cleanse 300 for $139.95 dated March 24. If I didn't resolve within 10 days, it would be turned into a collection agency. That was in my Saturday mail.

On Monday, I received a bill from the collection agency dated March 25. I went back on the internet and tried to pull up their product. When you click on Colon Cleanse 3000 you now get the product called Liquid Boost, and I was told that Colon Cleanse 3000 was not available at this time. I called Healthy Online Services to ask what the $139.00 was exactly for.

I was told because I didn't inform them that I was cancelling within the 14 days after the order was taken online, I was breaking the online contract. I was further told that it made no difference how long it took for me to get the product and that it was not their problem. I was also told that $83.95 was for the pills and the other $50.00 was for a collection fee, but they would drop the $50.00 if I would give them a credit card number or check number over the phone.

I said that I would send them a check in the mail, but I was told "No way." Like I want to be taken again. It's a scam as far as I'm concerned. I will wait for another letter from this so-called collection agency, and then, I decide if they get the full amount at once or 5-10 dollars at a time just for a liitle fun. There is a lot to be said about. Buyer, beware, especially online with no contract to go back and look at. This will not happen to me again, and I will make sure I always check the complaints before buying anything online again.

On 8/15/09, I signed up for an online free 14-day trial of the colon cleanse product for 4.95 shipping. It also offered a 30-day money back guarantee. My credit card was immediately charged the shipping fee of 4.95 the next day. The website indicated an expected delivery on 8/19, but nothing was received by 8/27. I tried calling numerous times throughout the day but kept getting the same recording. Realizing that the "free 14-day trial" period had already expired, I called my bank to block any future charges from this company. Under the circumstances, they did so immediately and also credited back to me the 4.95 shipping charge already paid to them.

They agreed that this situation was not acceptable. Later that evening I sent an e-mail to customer support at Colon Cleanse, advising them to cancel the order effective immediately and not to send me any products going forward. Coincidentally, the item was delivered by regular mail afterwards on 8/31. I marked the unopened package "refused, return to sender" and returned it the same way it was delivered, by regular mail on 9/1/09. That same day, I got an e-mail from them which I didn't see until the evening which noted that the account was cancelled effective 9/1. I heard nothing more from them so I thought it was over. I got my money back and they got their product back.

On 3/28/10, I received a letter from a debt collector Tiburon Financial LLC in Nebraska indicating that my balance on this account is due in full, yet notes no dollar amount, just to contact them for verification of debt/judgment. I am so upset about all of this. I make internet purchases all the time and have never had an experience like this. I am very concerned that this unscrupulous seller will, in some way, be able to force me to pay for the product even though they got it back. I feel I've been scammed. What makes matters even worse, the same day, I also purchased the companion product, Acai Berry Breeze, the same way and had the exact same experience.

I just haven't heard from a debt collector on that one yet. I should not have to pay for a product I did not use and promptly returned to the sender. I feel victimized and I am really concerned that this may affect my credit in a negative way. And I really can't stand for that to happen. I really need someone's help with this please. I would appreciate it very much. I cannot afford to hire an attorney. Thank you in advance.

I ordered Colon Cleanse 3000 6/15/09. I called 6/29/09 to cancel my order. I returned unused portion. I received a letter 3/11/10 saying I owe them $133.95 for allowing my 14 day trial period to elapse. They waited 9 months to notify me of this? This is absurd. I canceled within 14 days and I returned item. They are threatening to send me to collections.

I placed an online order for the Acai Berry Colon Cleanse 3000 free trial order. I attempted to cancel my order within the 14-day trial, but was unsuccessful with the phone order number listed on the Web. I spoke to a live person to cancel my order before my 14-day trial was up on one occasion. The next day I received a shipment in the mail. I attempted to return the unopened product, but was returned to me as undeliverable. I again called the provided phone number and was told that the manager would call me back.

In June, I closed my account before any further banking transaction could take place, then noting to my bank that any attempts for unauthorized transaction to this company were not authorized. On March 22, 2010, I received via mail a bill for $133.95 from Healthy Online Services accounting wanting payment for Colon Cleanse 3000. Yes, I am dissatisfied with this product. I never used it. Yes, I did make every attempt to return it to them. So why do they want to send this as a debt to a collection agency? They owe me for postage and shipping fees.

In August I ordered Colon Cleanse 3000. Actually I signed up for Acai/Natures Cleanse. I never received the trial offer. In September I called after I saw charges on my bank statement. I called all numbers provided; however, there wasn't a number listed on my bank statement next to the charge for Colon Cleanse 3000. I did get through to ACAI/Natures Cleanse and they cancelled my account and refunded me the money. I was provided with two different numbers and both numbers were answered by the same service. I also wrote a letter canceling my account with them all.

After September all charges stopped with Acai and with Colon Cleanse. So I assumed I did cancel all accounts. Yesterday, March, 11th 2010, I received a bill from Healthy Online services. When I called the number provided on the bill I was disconnect 3 times and then I finally got through to a live person I asked to speak to a manager. I was told this person was a supervisor and that I couldn't be transferred to her manager. I related everything and was told tough luck I had to pay. I explained that I never received the original order and that I tried the best I could to cancel the membership I have my bank statements showing the charges stopped after September. I have a letter I wrote relating to the canceled item that I sent to an address provided to me. I was told that because I never returned the bottle (that I never received) which this person says isn't the company's.

When I asked if I could have a manger's number at Colon Cleanse I was told they couldn't provide it. When I asked for a mailing address for Colon Cleanse I was told they wouldn't provide it. I called information in Scottsdale, AZ and they couldn't find a number for them either. I went online and couldn't find an address or a number for them. When I explained I never received the item in the first place and that as soon as I saw the charges on my bank statement I did everything in my power to cancel the service, I went as far as canceling my ATM and I closed my bank account down as well.

I told the woman on the phone that because I never returned the product I never received that I had to pay. I finally told the woman that I am more than happy to be taken to court. I have all the proof I need to show this company is behaving fraudulently. The consequences are $133.95 and a threat to my credit report.

Many months back, I ordered the trial bottle of the Colon Cleanse 3000 product featured on the internet. I used a credit card for the shipping charges. The following day I attempted to use the credit card somewhere else and a hold had been placed on the card. When I called my credit card company they informed me they had put a hold on my card because charges were coming through for numerous different companies nowhere near my home and they wanted me to confirm the charges were mine.

The charges that were attempted were all under 20 dollars and all seemed to be related to the Colon Cleanse 3000 order. There were 5 or 6 charges from different holistic health and supplement company names within a 15-hour period after the Colon Cleanse 3000 had been ordered. Most of the charges had been denied before I knew my credit card was being billed. I told the credit card company to go ahead and let the charge for the shipping of the Colon Cleanse go through, as well as the shipping for an Acia product I had ordered at the same time.

My credit card company highly recommended that I allow them to cancel that credit card number and issue me a new card. I had them do just that. Today I received a letter from Healthy Online Services stating that I owe them $133.95. They also state in the letter that I will be sent to collections if I do not pay this bill. I have not received any product since the initial trial bottle and because my credit card number has changed they have not been able to charge me either.

I have located information for the Better Business Bureau for Scottsdale Arizona and will be contacting them during business hours tomorrow regarding this issue. I have not been able to contact Healthy Online Services by phone because I received the letter after business hours today. I have an excellent credit score and have never had any late payments or any accounts in my name sent to collections. I consider Healthy Online Services' threat of sending this "account" to collections as a very serious threat. On the other hand, I do not want to reward this company for their fraudulent and unethical behavior by paying a bill that I do not owe.

I purchased a "free" trial of Colon Cleanse 3000. The only cost to me was in shipping fees or so they said. I received the product in a box with no other information. There were no "terms", no payment forms, no envelopes. I did not see any caveats on the site where I purchased it. I thought I was giving them my credit card info for shipping costs only.

I never used the product. In fact, I still have the sealed bottle. I ran the ingredient list past a naturopathic physician who told me that the product would make me rather sick and that the process it used would be very uncomfortable, if not painful. She suggested that I not use it for my safety.

Yesterday, I received a collection letter in the mail, dated March 3, 2010, stating that the provider of these "free" pills wants $133.95 in late fees since I "kept" the "free" bottle, which was they claimed is not really a free sample as stated but rather a 14 day free trial. I was supposed to contact them within 14 days and then return the bottle with unused pills within 30 days of their shipping it to me in the first place.

This information was not available to me when I signed up for this "Free Sample". I called their "customer service" department to find out what this was all about. This is where it gets ugly. The "gentleman" on the phone claimed it was not his problem but rather "my problem" that I didn't know about their policy. They would not accept the sealed bottle back. Instead, he said, "pay now or I will send you to a more aggressive collection agency and ruin your credit". He did not care that their practices are fraudulent or that I was advised by a medical professional not to take it!

Please, do not fall for their scam. They are contemptible. As for their collection efforts, bring it on, baby. I am not paying! (Luckily, the bank I had the credit card through was one of those that failed and that card was cancelled; otherwise, I'm certain they'd have stolen from me directly rather using the threatening letter and collection agency method they are using to steal from me now)

This group claims I ordered their Colon Cleanse 3000 product as a 14-day risk free trial for $4.95 but now are attempting to charge me $83.95 for their product plus a $50.00 collection fee for not being able to process a credit card that is no longer active.

They've been trying to auto-ship each month since August 2009 and running the card every month. The card won't process of course. Now they want to send me to a collection agency for not paying their fraudulent charges. I called them to dispute their ridiculous charges. They only wanted me to pay up or hang up.

I asked questions regarding their billing practices and product and they wouldn't answer them. They would only refer me to their website. I tried to look up their website but I can't even get their site to come up on the internet. This group is a fraud. They are scamming people. They apparently aren't open in disclosing their billing practices as the number of complaints on this website.

I ordered the free sample ColonZen and Acia Boost. The order was made through a link so there was no terms. They didn't sent me the Acia Boost, the colon cleanse was late coming. ColonZen was supposed to be used with the Acia boost. I never received the Acia boost. I canceled the orders within the 30 days they told me and what I saw on the website when I found out what site to go to. They won't put my money back on my card. There are other things they charged me for that I didn't authorize.

In September, I somehow online saw an ad with Katie Couric as the testimony about colon cleansing and cancer. After doing some research, I read their "Free try. If you like it, buy more add. Only pay for shipping." I ordered the bottle, received it, and then promptly forgot about it and never took more than a few! As an intelligent consumer, I read all that it said, watched the videos, etc., and nowhere in the keying in of my credit card was there a box stating the free trial was followed with "If you don't cancel within 14 days, we will charge you 60 days later $85 and then again every month for $88.90." Nowhere did I agree that I wanted to cleanse on an ongoing monthly basis. No one would ever agree to that; it's not healthy nor safe to cleanse 24-7!

I have now been charged 2x for over $80 and received one bottle of the free product. I tried to call the company's number 3x and was cut off 2x, The 3rd time I spoke to a rep who said I failed to cancel and I authorized by signing up and read the website disclosure, she said it's right there when ordering. I told her this is incorrect and that I wanted a full refund and asked to speak to a manager 3x. She just kept repeating over and over and then hung up on me when I got upset.

I was trying to log onto the Racheal Ray website (notice how I spelled Racheal?). This was the problem. This small error redirected me to a site advertising Colon Cleanse, something I wanted to try. I just had a baby and wanted to shed some lbs. Rachael Ray was all over the site and they were advertising a free trial. Just cover S&H ($3.95) I agreed and processed the order using my debit card. (Big mistake) I received the product and did not use it because I didn't feel like enough information about the product was included. After that, I never received anything else from the company. That was the end of October. I looked at my December statement and the company has debited two payments for $80 in the month of December and I haven't received any product. I have a forwarding request in at the post office because I just moved and I received my free trial at my new address so I can't understand why I didn't receive any other shipments.

I called the company to cancel my membership and I asked for a refund. They told me in order to get a refund, I have to return the product within 30 days after they shipped it. I can't return a product I never received. The post office where I used to live does not have the products and this stupid company does not have a return to shipper on their packages if they are undeliverable. Customer service is absolutely no help at all. They told me I was beyond the 30 day return policy for the first shipment and if I want the refund for the second shipment I need to find the product I never received and then call them for a authorization number. The number I called for them was the number on my bank statement. Watch what you sign up for and if you want to search the Rachael Ray site, make sure you spell her name right. I lost $160 and I don't have any of the product that they charged me for. I cancelled the product but now I'm not sure if they are going to debit my account once again. I won't know until I get my January statement.

I ordered the "free trial" for the RezV Clear and the Colon Cleanse on their website which was only supposed to cost $4.95/each. Unfortunately they started charging me more than $80 each and send me a second shipment I did not ask for. I returned the second shipment certified mail with a request to refund me for all charges. After I didn't hear from them for a while I called and spoke to Jessica. She said that I did not cancel the order and therefore they charged me. I did not know I was supposed to cancel the order! Their website did not give any detail, the trial versions of the two products had no info with them (not even how to use the products), I did not have a clue that I was supposed to cancel.

Jessica told me I was supposed to call and I said that writing a letter via certified mail should be way better than a phone call; she did not have anything to say to that. I still have not received a credit for the returned order and after going back and forth with Jessica on the phone, she told me that the only way I would get a refund was if I returned the trial samples also. I have not done that yet because even though I have not tried them yet, I did open them. I still want my money back.

I went for a 14 day free trial and paid for the shipping and handling of 4.95. The product came after 2 weeks which is impossible to try it. I was surprised that I was charge $88.00 on my credit card which I did not authorize but for the shippind and handling only. I spoke to Bruce and after persistent, he promise to refund $41.00 dollars back to my credit card. This is a scam, I wish there is a way to stop them and to prevent them from doing this to others and to get our money back.

My personal checking account was charged $172.94 on Sept. 14 for FREE trail of colon cleanse and two weeks later another $183.14 on Oct. 1, 2009 deducted from account because no phone call was made informing them to close request. Website indicated FREE. This is a scam company and their making a lot of money off of their website. They would not refund but half of the money even though I pointed out that the website said FREE. This company needs to be closed down. Free does not been $83.95 for cleanse and $2.52 for Service Fee times two. That's not free. Apparently every month the charges go up. Oct. charge was $88.90 for cleanse and $2.67 service fee. This is just not right.

I ordered the product on 8/25/09. Did not receive the product until 9/14/09. They allow you only 2 weeks from the date of purchase to call and cancel your membership. I did not even receive the product within 2 weeks. They say they give you 2 weeks to try the colon cleanse. I did not receive the cleanse within the 14 day trial period (I have a log of the date received at our ups box store)_so I could not use the product and could not cancel for the cleanse not working within the 14 days because I did not have it.

Today, October 2, 2009, they charged my credit card for $88.90. I will only receive a $40 courtesy refund. When I received the package in the mail there were no papers included with a contact number so I could cancel the membership. It took me long hours of research to finally find a number for them. The first one I found was not the right company, though they sold the same product.

When I finally found them, they told me in no uncertain terms I would not be able to stop payment and they did not have to do any refund, but they would do the $40 courtesy refund. This company operates in an underhanded manner by not making all of their contact information clear. They said on the order form they would send an e mail confirming order and with all contact info. I never received any such information.

The person I contacted today said they would have an e mail over to me right away confirming the cancellation of membership and the courtesy refund. I still do not have that e mail and do not feel I will receive one. The colon cleanse does not work nor is it an honest company to deal with.

Their website offered a "No risk guarantee" for a $1.99 sample of Colon Cleanse. I purchased this "free sample" on Sept. 9.
On Sept. 25, there were not one but two charges for $83.95, plus two "foreign transaction" fees charged to my account.

I had not received any product in the mail until Oct. 1; I immediately returned it, along with some seriously negative commentary. I believe it is a shameless scam. Also, the website has built-in "loops" which will not allow you to leave the site short of shutting down. I'm furious and want to warn others against getting involved via this disreputable marketing technique.

I ordered the free trial also.Just had to pay shipping cost of $4.95.
Well after 2 weeks I happened on to some complaint board on the net concerning how this Co. operates.
I immediately sent them an email and let them know my nephew works at a major tv network here in Phila.(and he does.) His work there covers feature stories including fraudulent companies and things of that nature.

Never did receive the trial offer but did receive a full bottle of colon cleanse a couple days later.

I did'nt get billed for them, not even shipping costs and it's going on 2 months now. Go figure!
Was'nt any of our faults, we just clicked on the "free trial" button with some kind of legal loophole on it.

Would like to see some smart lawyer reading these posts figure out how to get money back to these people for maybe false advertising, fraud or whatever.

9/11/2009 I provided my credit card # coloncleanse3000.com for the free trial of the colon cleanse 3000 product as the website clearly highlighted it was free except for the $4.95 shipping & handling charge. Today 9/29/2009, my visa company alerted me to possible fraudulent charges & yes, there it was > $83.95 from "fastflushtrial", ph#1-866-.

When I called they told me I had 14 days from ordering to call them to avoid paying for their "free" product. After exhaustive conversation on their complete mis-representation of this product, they only agreed to "cancel out my account so there would be no further charges". This company is a complete scam on the public.

I ordered the "free money back guarantee" colon cleanse. i received the product in 13 days and the next day i was charged $83.95. when i tried to call and cancel i spoke to the rudest people on earth. they would not refund my money - they do not give refunds despite the guarantee on the website. In additon, even though i cancelled the next order, i received a second charge on my account and did not receive product for another two days. when i called they stated they did not send me anything nor did they charge my account and then HUNG UP on me.

They are truely so very unethical in their practice. They have a guarantee on website that they do not honor. I can not beleive these people are allowed to continue.

I bought a buy 2 free 2 offer for $127 which I am not happy with. The result is not what what promised and as such I would ike to return 3 and 1/2 bottles of the product.

The phone operator and her supervisor told me the product I bought was purchase and is not refundable.

Got my visa statement and had two charges for the product...I had only asked for the free trial for $2.97 (8/4/09-my August statement) s&h...(never got the free trial)...Got the product and opened it thinking it was the free trial. It wasn't I later learned. Shortly after that I received another one. Called the company and talked with William who said policy was they didn't take product back and that I had agreed to the terms...I did not...this company is a scam...I was billed $83.95(8/19)and a $1.67 foreign transaction fee? Then $88.90 (9/3/09 September statement) and $1.77 foreign transaction fee. He said if I return the last product, they'll credit my VISA and not charge me for any future products. What an ordeal!

I ordered the free trial of colon cleanse 3000 aware of the 14 days. When I called to cancel my order, I couldn't get through the entire day or the next day. When I did, they told me it was too late. My card had been charged several times for $88.90, 39.95, 86.42 when it was suppose to be a monthly charge if you don't cancel. I reported this to BBB as well. Please investigate this company. They are very very rude and do not listen to you at all.

Purchase free product as advertised.
Within days got charged $83.95 .

When product arrived we shipped it back to the address listed.

My husband order ColonCleanse3000 for the internet and it was a FREE Trail Offer all you had to pay was shipping and handling so against my better judgement I did this for my husband and all was fine until I checked my checking acount and almost had a heartattack when I found out that my checking account was 498.00 in the neg- they had charged me 4 differnt times for the shipping and handling and also 83.95 this was also charged to my checking FOUR diferent times well needless to say were not rich and they put my acount into overdrawn each time was 28.00 and this company colonclease3000 has been nothing but rude to talk too and said they were not going to pay for the overdraft fees that was not there problem. Remember, we only oreded this product once I just hate for this to happen to other hard working folks .

Company has charged me for an item that is a free 14 days trial. I received the item after 14 days and noticed that the company charged my account 83.95 for this item that was suppose to have been free. I spoke with Josh #894 (who stated that he was the supervisor), he was very rude and hung up on me.

The website also has a money back guarantee that stated the following: We are so confident that you will love Colon Cleanse 3000 that we are not only going to give you a free trial period for the full month supply, but also a RISK FREE 30-day Money back Guarantee.

I read about colon cleanse 3000 online and went to the website where it says you can get a free 14 day trial bottle and pay only shipping of $4.95. I ordered it and am still waiting for the product and it's been over 2 weeks. Then I noticed a $84 charge in my checking account from something called 500weightdiet.com which is a website that doesn't even exist. I had to call my bank to find out where the charge came from and they gave me a phone number. When you call the number all it says is "thank you for calling customer service" but doesn't identify what company it is. When I finally spoke to someone, BRian, he said that the trial starts the day you order and it has already expired so I won't get my money back. He said it was my fault and they don't issue refunds. I said that I would send the product back unopened, he still said no, that I am responsible for the charge and that they are not obligated to advise me when it will arrive. I haven't even received the product yet my trial period is already over!!!! what is that?!?!

Then the agent hung up on. I did not curse or yell, I simply explained that I was not satisfied and wanted my money back. He said since I was continuing on he would disconnect, and he did. I called back and spoke to John who was equally unhelpful and would not let me speak. He put me on hold for 10 minutes without telling me and no hold music. He said he did that to calm me down. But I was not that upset. I was just trying to talk to someone who would listen. I have never been treated so badly by a customer service team in my life and I am mortified. I have worked in call centers for years and have always been trained that the customer is always right. I think this is a scam with false advertising that preys on naive trusting people. I have $40 in my checking account now. I accept responsibillity for my stupidity but I still think it is wrong to do what they're doing to people.

Made the stupid mistake of ordering online. Tried to cancel order immediately and was told all sales final. Company took $127.00 from checking account. Financial hardship. Thought I would be trying a Free Trial and just pay shipping & handling.

Both products advertise a "free trial" with the payment of shipping. Both products use the negative option clause which is not readily evident when ordering the "free trial". I ordered a free trial of both RezV Clear and Colon Cleanse 3000. My credit card will be billed later for $83.95 for each product. I called the company (although listed separately with 2 different phone numbers, they are connected because they had my complete order) to tell them I was not aware that I committed to pay for the month's supply. They insisted that I agreed to the terms and conditions when placing the free trial order. They would not refund the charge due to policy. The indiscreet way in which they inform about the negative option clause is deceiving. I also called back to find out who the owner of the company was and they told me that was confidential.

I ordered the free trail of Colon Cleanse on 11/22/09, they sent me the sample and about 7 days later was charged on debit card, I called to cancel the colon cleanse, told me to write for a refund. That is all I want is the 88.97 refund.

I had put in a request to cancel the order and an address and a RMA number to put with the product to have my debit card refunded back. Today I checked my account and I was charged twice. I was able to reach someone named Michele via a live chat who claims that I was only charged twice. I sent a copy of the information that I was charged twice on the 6th of this month.
