Cigarest

Lorna of Las Vegas NV (12/09/07)
I ordered the 30-day Cigarrest program from a television ad around the middle of November,I was to pay only 5.95, the cost of the shipping & handling. My order arrived a few days later.I noticed it was a 90-day supply.I called the very next day & cancelled the automatic shipments. When I asked for a confirmation number for the cancellation, was told I assure you you will not be billed.

Today I noticed a 65. & some cent overdraft in my checking account due to a Cigarrest charge. I did not authorize this. I am disabled and on a very small disability per month, this company is using deceptive practices and lying to customers. Please do something about them, this needs to stop.

I am bipolar & suffer from PTSD also, I have high blood pressure and chronic migraines. I have had a very bad migraine since seeing my bank account overdrawn. I worry month to month about my finances, and this unauthorized withdrawal is stressing me to the point of a migraine. It is taking me a long time to type this out as I have a hard time seeing when I have a migraine. If I cannot get my bank to reverse this charge, I will have to pay a 30.00 overdraft fee on top of the charge, which will be close to 100. Since I only get paid on the third of each month, also figure in a 500 per day late fee on top of that!

Mary of Broken Arrow OK (09/20/07)
I ordered the product in which was going to get me 1 month supply of the product just to pay for the shipping cost, at the ordering time the company asks for your bank account info, I knew thjat I had to cancel my next month order, the funds were taken from my bank account, close to 100.00, I have emailed to ask for refund of the money that was taken, I have not been answered for a while. I never received the product either.
