As well, the company completely misleads you thinking you are receiving a 30 day supply, but they actually send out a 90 day supply not telling you that if you want to cancel the membership you need to return the full portion of the supply sent.
The worst part about it was that my boyfriend was the one trying to quit so we ordered two 30 day free supplies in one of each of our names so my account reflected double the amount.

I called them back and spoke with another rep. and then asked to speak to a supervisor. They were not available, but would call me back. No retrurn call was made. Called back again 3 days later and asked to speak to a supervisor. The rep(I have name and badge #) told me my bank account had been reimbursed for 59.90 & 79.90 (FUNNY DUHHHHH) This is more than I was even charged. Received a call from a supervisor, I asked about my refund and was told I would not get anything until they got their product back. I sent it I have no control over if it got there or not. I have not had anything but lies, and false statements. They mislead the public and it needs to be stopped.
