Cigarest

Melody of Memphis TX (01/17/09)
I ordered the free 30 day trial from CigArrest. I was told that all I would be charged was S/H. I was also told by the rep. that if I wished to continue the program I could reorder the product. I tried it and it is not worth the plastic bottle it came in. I threw it away. I never recieved anything else from this company. But when I checked my debit card balance. I ordered in May 08 and this is what they have taken: JUNE 2.00, 0.25, 0.20, 0.30 (I figured this was the S/H) JULY 0.08, 0.01, 0.15 (I called them and was given the run around and no refund..wrote hateful email) AUGUST 59.90 (I called them again and was told that it was a mistake) SEPTEMBER no charges,(thought it was over and still waiting on a refund) OCTOBER 61.90, (I once again called them and yet no result and yes still waiting on the refund that was promised) NOVEMBER 39.95, (REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND YES CALLED AGAIN) and now JANUARY 59.90!!! This debit card is what my child support is deposited to. I will now have to change my card number!!!

I called to order the product and was told I only needed to pay for shipping. When I checked my account I noticed that there were a lot of small charges like .25, .40 2.04 and more. I received the product and it was so horrible it would make you want to smoke. I was checking my account about a week later and noticed that they had withdrawn 108.09 from my account. I called them and they gave some bull crap that it was a 90 day supply and I would have to return the product before I get a refund.I let them know that if I did not see my refund within a week from returning the product I would be talking with the Better Business Bureau.

As well, the company completely misleads you thinking you are receiving a 30 day supply, but they actually send out a 90 day supply not telling you that if you want to cancel the membership you need to return the full portion of the supply sent. The worst part about it was that my boyfriend was the one trying to quit so we ordered two 30 day free supplies in one of each of our names so my account reflected double the amount.

As a result of this, my bank account did reflect the charge of 108.09, in addition to the several shipping charges. I had to file a freud claim with my bank, close my account for future withdrawals from them. Constantly call them to receive my refund, spend extra money to receive delivery confirmation on returned products, return shipping costs, and well that was a lot of time and aggravation on both of our behalf's.

I called to order the product and was told I only needed to pay for shipping. When I checked my account I noticed that ther were a lot of small charges like .25, .40 2.04 and more. I recieved the product and it was so horrible it would make you want to smoke. I was checking my account about a week later and noticed that they had withdrawn 75.62 from my account. I called them and they gave some bull crap that it was a 90 day supply and I would have to return the product before I get a refund.I let them know that if I did not see my refund within a week from returning the product I would be talking with the Better Business Bureau.

The money I had in my account I had already adjusted for bills that were in the mail. I had to borrow the money to make up the difference and avoid overdraft fees of 39 dollars for each check that would bounce which was 4 at total of over 200.00.

I ordered a free 30 day supply of cigarrest. They said they would charge me 3.95 for each order. They said nothing about sending a 90 day supply. I cancled wiht in 30 days and they still charged me 99.85 for both orders for my wif and I. This was not the deal. They are miss leading there costumers and this needs to be stopped.

I was out 200 untill i send the product back. I cant afford to have 200 out of my bank account. With so many complaints a class acction suit needs to be issued.

Alot of my story is the same as the others. I ordered the free 30-day trial. Agreed to pay the shipping charges. Was told this was the only thing that would be charged. They took out all these little amounts. When I got my product, I got a 90-day supply. I called them and was told that was their way of shipping. Was told I could send the extra back but it would be at my expense. Cancelled any further shipments and got an RA#. I had no way to return it UPS so I took it to the post office and had them send it the cheapest way. This did not have tracking service.

On 10/06/2008 my account was charged for 99.85. I called them back and spoke with another rep. and then asked to speak to a supervisor. They were not available, but would call me back. No retrurn call was made. Called back again 3 days later and asked to speak to a supervisor. The rep(I have name and badge #) told me my bank account had been reimbursed for 59.90 & 79.90 (FUNNY DUHHHHH) This is more than I was even charged. Received a call from a supervisor, I asked about my refund and was told I would not get anything until they got their product back. I sent it I have no control over if it got there or not. I have not had anything but lies, and false statements. They mislead the public and it needs to be stopped.

I am on a fixed income. I wanted to try the prouct to stop smoking due to health problems. I thought it would help take the edge off and I would be able to quit myself then..I did that with another product years ago. It not only has cost me money I don't have but has made me so upset I am smoking more.
