Ok i got into this one day while feeling down. I have purchased this body solution cream. It was a trial so i only had to to pay shipping and handling fee. That was on June 8th 2009. It's 17th today and i haven't received anything yet. My free trial ends on 6/29 after which i will be billed 30 unless im not satisfied with the cream. Well i can;t really try it untill i get it. So that is a scam already.

I decided to go on the web site and when i typed in Body Solutions it brought me to this site. I read all the complaints and it hit me right there. It is a scam and i feel stupid for doing this. I havent called the company yet but i already can see that i won't be successful reaching them. So i want to file this complaint and hopefully stop that company from scamming other people.

On June 12th I ordered a trial of this product. I entered my debit card information three times and was advised each time that my card was declined..therefore I received no order confirmation number. My bank account was charged all three times. Now I have no order ID number to cancel my trial so I won't be charged for the actual product when my trial is over. When I call their toll free number there is a fast busy and no way to reach them by phone. I have already emailed them several times with no response. Lets see if I get the product but now I have no way to be refunded for the extra charges. I am very worried now if I will be able to reach them to cancel my trial.

I ordered the product May 27, 2009. The draft was made from my account on the same day. I have still not received my product. I have called everyday since June 3, 2009 when they stated that my product would be delivered. No one ever answers when I call. I stay on hold for the next available representative. I have sent 2 emails and have had no response.

I purchased the Cellute cream, body scrub...etc in March 2009, I returned the unused portion with the RMA requested, it was delevered to them on April 27, 2009, Today I have a charge on my checking account from them ( June 2, 09)and now the number to call is no longer in service, no way to contact anyone on their website, please help me stop this draft, I need some way to contact them to get it stopped. I followed all instructions to stop it and now another charge and their phone is not in service! I need help!!!

I went to Body Solution in 3/21/08 for some laser treatment and other services for which i never received, they put me in contact with a loan company which i signed for a amount of 19,000 thousand dollars for service that i did not recieve, i'm having finance problems and can't afford to continue to pay 700 to 800 hundred dollars for something i did not receive, i would appericate if someone can contact me regarding this matter. i'm going though a depress over this situation.

Body Solutions did not hold up to their end of the deal and provide sevices which were contracted. I was to receive a combination of laser, dermabrasion and chemical peels. After Nov. 2008, I never received any further treatments, as the company went out of business, without any notification. Monetary damamges-out of thousands of dollars!

I went to the body solutions office in Manhattan. I went for the free consultation for abdominal thermage. I signed the contract for Chase Health Advance for 7000 dollars and made and appointment to have the procedure done in a week. Next thing i know i go there and i hear that they are renovating the office. I try calling the numbers and noone answers. I don't know what to do and where to go. I am just paying 300 dollars monthly because im scared for my credit!! I don't know what to do to get my money that im paying for nothing back!! this is very depressing and sad!! I can't believe such a thing like this would happen in New york!! What a shame?

I ordered a free trial of cellulite scrub, received it and the shipping invoice. I then had a charge deducted on my bank account and now today have learned there's a second charge. I contacted them upon receipt of the only bottle I received so that I could return it due to complaints I viewed I didnt want to get scammed. But to date have had no response as to how to return or where to return and am have had the 2nd UNauthorized deduction from my bank account.

There appears to be no way to contact them via email, they do not answer the only ph# they provided my bank with and I am in desperate need of the money they stole from my account. I should have only ever been charged the one time shiiping fee which was around 5.00 ..I need help as I have bills to pay, ie electric, food for family, insurance and that money was already spoken for and now stolen right out from under me. Do I have to close my bank account and reopen another one to keep this from happening? Please help.

I understand "Body Solutions", has class action suits against them and I have also been misled by them.

In April 2007, I signed up at "Body Solutions" for Endermology treatments. They were not for the typical cellulite reduction, but for reshaping and reducing bigger than normal calves and ankles that excercise can't help. I was told I would see results in (10) sessions, and this did not happen. I was not happy with the services I received, and felt the results were not as promised. I spoke to them about this on numerous occasions, and they told me to give it time and I will most definitely see results. I completed (68) sessions. I feel that I gave it plenty of time to show some results, but even after my commitment, my time, travel, and gas expense, I did not see the results I was promised.

I spoke with Eva, manager, and told her I wanted to stop treatments and be credited for the money they charged me (through Care Credit). She told me this could not be done! I then asked for a different kind of treatment. She told me they did not like to do that! I asked to speak to George the owner, and he was not available. I called several times again asking to speak to George the owner, he was never available. Finally, after several phone calls, Eva (not George) called me back. She said the owner does not take these kinds of calls. This really disheartened me. I am paying for services I am not getting results from and the owner will not speak to me.

I kept making my payments, because I did not want to hurt my credit. I have (2) children attending college, and I wanted to make sure my credit stayed in good standing.

Finally, after several phone calls, they agreed to let me use the credit for another kind of treatment. But, when I called back to make an appointment, the phone was disconnected, and found out they have closed their doors.

I have purchased a package to remove my tattoo in 2007 for 1000- 6 treatments. I have used about 3 when I found out that I was pregnant and had to stop laser treatments. I was assured that I can continue as soon as I had my baby. I call year later to find out that nursing mothers cannot come either.

So HERE we are about 6 months ago I called to make an appointment and found out that business was closed. I spoke to someone in reception who explained that the partners split. I was really upset, but wanted to talk to the previous owners George and Aurora and they offered to used the remained sessions in Smart Lipo office. Aurora later found out that my file was missing, so she offered to give my 6 sessions for free. I am going for my last session next week and I HAVE TO SAY THEY TOOK CARE OF THEIR BUSINESS, they were never rude,just apologetic. THANK YOU YOU ARE good business couple as well as nice people.
